A Cabin Down Below This is the ultimate spot to get away from it all. The Wentworth Valley is a quiet, untouched area of Nova Scotia that offer miles of hiking trails, waterfalls, ATV trails, incredible fishing and the best skiing in the province. It’s also the perfect spot to put on a fire, put on a record, hop in the hot tub and stay put for an entire weekend.
“This place is amazing. We will definitely be coming back. Liam and Steph were great hosts who went above and beyond with hospitality. They were quick to respond to our questions before our trip about places to explore. The place was clean and so cute. We loved everything about it; the hot tub, the hammock, the record collection...the list goes on. The location is very private.. a perfect getaway.”
Beautiful lake home with a breathtaking view, 15 min to ski Wentworth and other local attractions.
“Great. Spot. This lakeside cottage wont leave you on your appetite for the outdoors. Freshly renovated (or really well maintained), the house is in perfect condition. Great kitchen and everything essential is in it. We brought a bodom but There is a Keurig and a filter machine. BBQ is in great shape. Cooked literally ALL of our meals on it. Can't beat the view from it. The deck is the Pearl here. 2 chairs, fresh water and the sun. The lake is not busy and clean. Overall, this spot is perfect for a little retreat to charge the batteries. We will certainly comeback.”
Our 4-season cottage was built in 2017 although the property has been in the family for 35 years. It has always been a place to relax and be in nature. Nancy works as a clinical social worker and Noreen is a recreation therapist. We truly believe in the healing power of nature in our own lives and wanted to make this space available for others to enjoy as well.
“Great location, accessible hosts, and personal touches make for a perfect getaway. The property is spotless, kitchen has everything you may need to make yummy meals! Lots of dry firewood, dreamy soaker tub, cozy beds, deer family dropping by to say hello, BBQ, and even little white lights hung in the trees! Love this place!”
