Gracious Spacious & Charming Queenslander, Walk into Maleny

Look down at the bistro table among the trees from the covered patio of The Residence. The home boasts genuine 1920 period features including hardwood timber floors, high decorative ceilings, VJ walls, imported French chandeliers, and wool carpeting. The Residence is all on one level. There are four or five steps up to the entry path from the car parking areas. There are five steps up to the landing to get to the front door. No disabled access is provided. The guesthouse is in beautiful green surroundings in Maleny, which has the Baroon Pocket Dam for fresh water fishing and kayaking, and the Maleny Golf Club. It’s a short drive to other popular tourist towns such as Montville, Mapleton, and Kenilworth. Bedrooms One and Two have Queen Beds and ensuite access. Bedroom three has a double bed. The fourth room is a very nice interior study, which may be used as an extra bedroom. It does not have external windows but opens to the corridor only.

Bellara Blue is a recently renovated family owned property located in a quiet street close to beaches & playgrounds. Enjoy its newly landscaped gardens (fully fenced) with its bbq & pergola. Feel the cool breezes throughout its open plan living or on those extreme hot days you may opt for the air conditioning. Venture out on the nearby cycling and walking tracks or just relax at the various nearby restaurants and cafes. Take a short drive to the pristine surf beaches at Woorim.

IMPORTANT: there is a 2 person maximum. If you are a healthy person and want to isolate yourself from everyone and also the city life, then this place is perfect for you. You will have a whole separate and independent apartment on the second floor of the house. Connected to wifi and and only 1 hour away from Brisbane, 1 minute drive to the beach and 1 min drive to the supermarket, post office, petrol station, and restaurants. Our place is for respectful, non-partying people only.

Only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny and 15 minutes to the popular Australia Zoo or 30 minutes to the beaches at Caloundra. ONLY Children which are under parental supervision are welcome. NO failed gentle parenting products. No aggressive and destructive kids. Your dog (no XL dogs like Sait Bernard’s etc.)is welcome. There is a fenced yard.

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.

Lovely modern air-conditioned 4 bed/3bath house a short walk from Moffat Beach, Tooway Lake and the trendy cafes, brewery, art gallery and shops of this upmarket area. The park and the surf beach are across Seaview terrace from the cafes. The mineral pool is perfect for a relaxing dip. Sunset picnics on the Headland, waves on the point, beach walks, beachfront bbqs at the playground. We are pet friendly but you need to message me for approval.
