The Home has HEPA filter, and UV light air filtration, and laundry facilities on site with soap and detergent. There's large driveway with plenty of parking for trucks+boats/trailers/RV's etc.

1871 historic cabin located in a quiet Gladstone neighborhood. Enjoy the history of the 140+ year old cabin with all the modern amenities. The cabin features an open concept - the main floor has a kitchen, living room, and dining room. Upstairs you’ll find a spacious room with two queen beds and a bunk bed in a loft-type setting with bathroom.

Cozy cottage with room for 4-5 on Lake Michigan. Conveniently located five minutes from Escanaba, you can relax in the hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, soak in the views of lake from the fenced in yard, or walk down to the lake with chairs and a fire pit waterside. The cottage is located with shared parking next door to a restaurant that we also own; the best wood fired pizza around! Security cameras on premises and parking on the avenue or in the private large driveway in the back. Plenty of room for a boat.
