Newly renovated in late 2024 and early 2025, both bungalows offer modern comforts while retaining their unique charm. Although they share a common structure, each bungalow provides total privacy and offers a unique ambiance, making them feel like two worlds apart. This is SAND!

We provide all services you need. From airport transfers to tours or day trips, fishing, snorkeling along the reef to scuba diving from Unawatuna Dive Center, meals and drinks, Ayurveda Treatments to Yoga lessons.
