Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the motorway connection. For nature lovers: the house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Das Zimmer befindet sich im Einliegerwohnung im Souterrain, hat einen eigenen Außenzugang, zwei Fenster so wie eigenes Badezimmer. Ein Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und ein Kühlschrank sind vorhanden – ideal für Pendler:innen, Berufstätige oder Wochenendheimfahrer:innen, die keine Küche benötigen. Wichtig: Keine Küche vorhanden. Rauchen in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt. Haustiere nicht möglich.

The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

The flat is located at the edge of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow). Perfect to unwind and unwind...
