A new, year-round, comfortable, heated and air-conditioned house with a log on Lake Dargin on the peninsula of Horn of Pierkunowski. A large 26-area plot with a parking lot. Upstairs there are four double bedrooms, bathroom with shower ,downstairs living room, fireplace, TV, kitchen, dining room , bathroom with shower. A house with a large terrace and a large garden. In the garden sauna, Russian bath, fireplace, barbecue. The beach is a 2-minute walk. The place is very charming,quiet,peaceful. Remote work, home office, quarantine.
