We are next to the Colorado river in a well kept neighborhood with a hike and bike trail by the river and the beautiful 7 mile Walnut Creek Trail that's paved. The covered deck includes comfortable furniture to enjoy the enclosed fireplace and the majestic river view. Gas grill w smoker box. Wifi! Kayaks and SUPs are also available if you'd like to rent them to paddle the river.
