Located in a secluded unincorporated Fox River neighborhood in Kane County just a half mile from Blackhawk waterfall via bike path. The subdivision is hidden between the Jon J. Duerr and Blackhawk forest preserves.

You’ll be staying in a renovated studio basement space (which doesn’t feel like a basement at all). It’s a completely separate space with its own entrance & electronic keypad.
