Our weekend getaway was absolutely wonderful, and a huge part of that was thanks to Peter – he was truly awesome! From start to finish, we had a fantastic stay and can't recommend this property enough. The thoughtful touches throughout the house made all the difference. The record player was a huge hit, keeping the kids entertained for hours, and we loved exploring the diverse book collection and playing the board games provided. Outside, the comfortable patio furniture and the ability to dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table made grilling and meals a truly magical family experience. The entire property just radiated comfort and felt incredibly inviting. We really appreciated the attention to detail with towels and essential supplies readily available, and communication was delightful and super helpful. nicely remodeled bathrooms were a pleasure, and the kids absolutely loved making a fire and s'mores in the backyard, creating some unforgettable memories. Overall just great.

We stayed at Yelena's place last year and the entire family was thrilled. There was never any question that we all wanted to return again this year. Participants ranged in age from 10-82 years old. Everyone found many things to do. Fishing, ping pong and boating were definite highlights. The house was perfect for large groups with very flexible accommodations. The kitchen and rest of the house was well stocked with many unexpected extras provided. Immaculate premises and a wonderful host! Could not ask for more! :)

This place is perfect. There wasn't a single item you could think of that wasn't there. It had everything, and it was very well organized. Perfect hygiene from the bedrooms and bathrooms to the basement. Everything was spotless, well-furnished, with game rooms and a mini-theater for the whole family to enjoy. My family and I really enjoyed it, and we plan to return this summer, God willing. AAAAAAA+++++

We had a wonderful stay at Patrick’s home! I stayed with my family, including six small children, and the house was perfectly accommodating for all of us. One of the highlights was the closet stocked with board games and toys—it kept the kids entertained and made us feel right at home. The only downside, which doesn’t reflect on the host at all, was that we weren’t aware it was the "off season" in the community. I purchased a weekly pass for the amenities, but unfortunately, many were closed during our stay. I wish the community staff had provided clearer communication about that, but again, this had nothing to do with Patrick or the quality of the home. Overall, I highly recommend Patrick’s place and hope to return during peak season to enjoy everything the community has to offer!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as pictured—beautifully remodeled, in excellent condition, and incredibly cozy. It had everything we needed to feel right at home, including all the essential amenities. Wendy was an outstanding host from beginning to end—responsive, proactive, and thoughtful, always one step ahead in anticipating our needs. The canoes were a wonderful bonus, offering easy lake access and a lot of fun on the water. We also loved the nearby playgrounds and enjoyed relaxing at the community pool. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped getaway—we’d absolutely stay here again!

our stay was wonderful. the house was so cute and trendy, and Haifa was an awesome host! Definitely would stay here again and enjoy the outdoor deck in the warmer months!

This house was amazing!! A few buddies and me went to the poconos for a quick golf trip getaway, and this was the perfect house for it, the movie theater was perfect! Stacey was very easy to communicate with, responded in time, and was extremely helpful! I can definitely see us booking again in the future!

Me and my 2 40 year old brothers just wanted a place to relax and have little privacy while still having activities to do if we wanted. House was nice we barely left the property! Fire pit was great, plenty of wood, got a fire going even after a day of rain fall. The wrap around balcony was fantastic. Plenty of bars/restaraunts with 15 minute drive. Places to rent boating equipment nearby. Clean, as advertised. Great bathrooms, water pressure and cleanliness. Well stocked kitchen for appliances. Most importantly had a fantastic time just hanging around drinking beers and enjoying the scenery. Truly, truly wonderful little get away spot.

This was absolutely beautiful. Pictures do this home no justice !! Will stay again for sure. Impeccably clean, and well equipped with even our basic needed. Over and above what we expected...

The place was super peaceful and beautiful. My family and I had an amazing time enjoying the view and seeing the deer. If you’re traveling in an electric vehicle, be sure to check out the charging stations nearby, here aren’t many options...but if you’re looking for a peaceful weekend getaway, this is the place to be!

Our stay was absolutely beautiful and very relaxing . The host was very proactive with answering any questions and making sure we were all set to have a good trip! The house it’s self was stunning as with the area around it.

We were very pleased with the house and location. The dock was perfect for my boat. My whole group loved the house and not want to leave. We would rent the house again without question.

Dianna's place was the perfect overnight stay for us! We came for a wedding that was just down the road and the location was perfect, easy to check into, and a serene escape from city life.

Our stay at Abby's place was just perfect. After a rough start (email in junk folder !), Abby helped us super quickly even on a late friday evening and was super supportive all WE long. She kindly extended our stay by a couple of hours for the kids to enjoy the view of the lake (stunning btw !) a little longer. A must do in the area !

This Airbnb is in a beautiful and peaceful location, nestled right up to the Delaware river. We loved spending time in the backyard and taking a walk down to the Delaware river. Would highly recommend. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for having us.

My family and I had a perfect long weekend at The Clock House and truly enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped to accommodate our 2 young children and dogs and Anna and The Upstate Place team ensured that we were comfortable and satisfied. The house is extremely well located along the river and walking distance to town where there are restaurants and shopping. We love visiting Narrowsburg and The Clock House made it even better. We would be be more than happy to stay at any of The Upstate Place's properties in the future.

Mark’s place is a delight! It’s so much bigger than the photos indicate and its location is perfect. We felt so at home and at peace in the woods while also feeling pretty close to local amenities. The beds were so comfy and the bathrooms were updated beautifully. It’s a great mix of cabin vibes with just the right amount of modern living. And the DECK is a stunner. We spent some much time chatting, sipping coffee and star gazing out there.

Amazing Stay – Perfect for Family & Friends! Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The place was spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and considerate, making sure all our requests were accommodated with ease. Communication was effortless, which made the entire stay even smoother. The house had everything we needed, from extra towels, blankets, and pillows to a fully stocked laundry area. The grill worked perfectly and even came with propane, making outdoor cooking a breeze. The space itself was huge, making it ideal for family gatherings or trips with friends. One of the highlights was the multiple bathrooms, which made it super convenient for a larger group. And the hot tub was absolutely perfect, especially in the winter! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and spacious Airbnb. Would definitely book again! This house was perfect for our family to get together and celebrate our son's graduation. It was extremely well-stocked with everything you could need for your stay! We loved having the canoe, kayaks, a fire pit (with wood supplied and s'mores sticks!) and a BBQ grill. Our family had such a great time here! Thank you!

Our time there was during the off season. Cannot wait to see what the summer brings. As for accommodations, we super comfortable right out of the gate. Beautiful home. Zero complaints. The wildlife is amazing. The deer literally come up to the windows. Already thinking about our next trip.

A lovely riverfront house. We were with another couple touring the beautiful Catskills Mountains on our motorcycles and used Erica's house as our home base. It was a nice retreat to come back to each day. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and saw lots of wildlife from the front porch. The house is fully stocked and very tastefully decorated with little welcoming hosting touches from Erica. The beds and linens were pristine and comfortable. (As a side note for motorcyclists, the house is down an approximate 1/2 mile gravel lane and across a railroad track and took some skill to navigate on the cycle). We highly recommend the place and hope to stay here again in the fall.

We had a nice stay at this beautiful, spacious lake house! The home is modern and with plenty of room for our family if four. We had beautiful walks down to the lake made each morning feel like a nature retreat.

Lovely spot on the lake! We had a blast fishing off the dock! The house was clean and furnished nicely! The resort across the lake is loud- they play music all day from 10-10. If you like quiet, nature sounds… this may not be the place for you.

This is our 4th stay at Ellen and Woody’s place. I truly have never had a complaint. The neighbors keep to themselves, but are also friendly and helpful. When we arrived, a neighbor let us know that a storm had just rolled through and knocked the power out. We headed food shopping after unpacking. An hour or so later I texted Ellen and she quickly got back to let me know the power was back on. The cabin has good space for my husband and I, my two young children, and an adult cousin to spread out. We spent time using our Nintendo switch to play some games with the kids (great wi-fi). They have the essentials to cook a meal (few sized pots and pans, baking sheets, foil, bags, condiments, spice mixes, non-stick spray) and toiletries to get you going. There are so many things to do around the cabin and within a 30-50 min drive. We would love to come back soon to enjoy the cabin with some warmer weather. I’ll try to plan ahead in 2026!
