Across the street from Turkey Run State Park Campground, this beautiful newer barn home is centrally located to hiking, canoeing, horseback riding, etc. Hike your own trails in the 13 acres of wood and ravines on the property, or relax on the huge covered porch. Turkey Run State Park is less than 1 mile away. Discount given for weekly stays. Best value considering two rooms at the Turkey Run Inn is running about $570 per night. And with our place, you get three rooms plus a ton more amenities!

Covered Bridge Cabin (on Big Walnut Creek)

Retreat and renew in this charming one-room cabin right by Big Walnut Creek and Baker's Camp Covered Bridge. Fish, kayak, or swim; hike or birdwatch in a nearby preserve; read, write, or find inspiration. With raw poplar walls, the cabin offers a full-sized bed by a picture window, small TV, writer's desk/library, air conditioning, fans, baseboard heat, kitchenette, toilet, sink, outdoor shower (before first frost), small porch, grill, and a fire pit. (No wifi in cabin!) Simple and beautiful.

Cottage on Lake Holiday

This well appointed, nicely finished, heated & cooled, home on Lake Holiday is a great place to get away. Only 15 minutes to Shades State Park & 20 minutes to Turkey Run. In the primary house is a queen bed, air mattress, & 2 full bathrooms. The bunkhouse has 2 queen beds. Please note bunkhouse is detached from the primary house. Guests will have to briefly walk outside to access a bathroom. The outdoor shower is not operable October through April. Lake access is not available for guests.

Plenty of space, privacy and activities for the whole family!

Mimi's Country Cottage

Quaint, quiet and cozy cottage set in a tranquil park like setting with all the amenities of home. Ten minutes to Shades State Park and twenty minutes to Turkey Run State Park. A great place to stay for the Covered Bridge Festival. 15 minutes to Wabash College, 25 minutes to DePauw University, 45 minutes to Purdue. We live on site and our back door is approximately 600 ft. from from the Airbnb. At this time we do not allow pets. We clean the cottage in accordance with CDC guidelines.

The 1938 Barn

The 1938 Barn is located in the ❤ of Covered Bridge Country in Parke County. You will love the rustic charm of this converted hay barn built in 1938. Come relax by the camp fire or explore our many Covered Bridges and local State Parks. The farm also hosts Henry's Market, a market garden providing fresh meat and vegetables which makes summertime an excellent time to visit! Please note: There is NO WI-FI, NO CABLE. We have a selection of DVDs. Limited cell service, AT&T works best.

Newly renovated 2 bedroom loft in a historic building in Waynetown. Large open living space with plenty of space to relax, hardwood floors and original woodwork. This property too unique to describe properly. Waynetown is 1 mile from Interstate 74 for easy overnight access. No traffic, no light - 2 minutes and you can get gas before you get back on the highway. There is a gas station, grocery store, post office and bank all within walking distance of the unit. No smoking or pets.

The area is also known as the covered bridge capital of the US with 33 covered bridges, within a 20 minute drive. This home has been fully remodeled with two new baths, a master suite, a large screened porch and a new kitchen, all on 10 acres. There is an outdoor fire pit and walking trails to meander through.
