Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Wattala

I rented the accommodation to celebrated a get-together with a local Family which basically saved my Life another night. I am so Happy this Host supported the stay. Miss Suwandi was acting as intermediate and just so sweet and understanding. The House was perfect. The kitchen had all necessary. Beds have been cozy. All was in good condition. Having a Pool was fantastic. The neighbours have been nice. We invited them to have Pizza. I Just can highly recommend renting this House for your stay at Negombo with your Friends or Family. All "child Security" recommendations have been directly accepted by the owner as well. so weather Friends or/ and Family - that's the place to Rent.

Mr. Palitha and his wife is very friendly. They welcomed us warmly and the place is exactly like the pictures. Clean cozy place. We were there to visit a Vet for our sick puppy. Mr. Palitha’s wife even recommended us a government Vet who is right opposite their house. They are so lovely and took care of you like their own. She gave us breakfast which was soooo delicious. We had a great time and even our puppy was so comfortable in that cute home. She loved the balcony over looking the nursery next door to watch kids going to school. 😀

Udara is an exceptionally friendly, hospitable and thoughtful host. The main benefit of her well appointed home with all amenities, is the sheer size and space. There's three floors with a bedroom and a bathroom on each floor, a giant Samsung smart TV in the upstairs lounge which was very relaxing to watch when we needed to unwind. Ideally suited for a family on holiday, this three storey house is conveniently located in a safe suburban neighbourhood in Thalawathugoda, walking distance to supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants. Udara's dad lives nearby and greeted us upon arrival and he is available for any assistance if needed. I highly recommend Udara's house as a peaceful retreat for those in need of a restful family vacation, whilst staying conveniently in Colombo. Thank you Udara for your kind hospitality, we truly appreciate it!

Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.

Rana's home is big and spacious. Very clean and has a beautiful garden. Got timely communication from Rana. Instructions with regards to check-in were clear. Only downside is that the home is far from the beach as well as Lagoon.

Devinda's villa is very well kept, cosy and we felt right at home. It’s located in a peaceful suburban neighbourhood and is very close to supermarkets, shops and the Thalawathugoda town. We found Devinda's place to be very relaxing and peaceful. I fully recommend this place, it's ideal for a small family or group and Devinda is a very responsive and friendly host.

Ryan was an exceptional host. Very warm and welcoming. He was also available for us anytime over call or evwn a message. Regarding the stay everything was taken care of as mentioned in the listing. The place is well maintained and organized. The location is at walkable distance from supermarkets like keels and cargills and also from public transport. All kitchen essentials were present for light cooking. Bathrooms had the necessary toileteries. The rooms were spacious. The washing machine was in good condition. Iron provided was good. No issues with internet, electricity and water as well. We stayed at the property for 9 nights and we always felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Suggestion would be to put a clock in the living area and bedrooms if possible.

This was our first stay out of a few others in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing time. We, as a family of 5 stayed 2 nights at Lalin's place and it was a great start to our trip. Luxurio villa with greenery all around, not too far from city centre. Well spacious rooms and all available amenities at the kitchen made it a perfect stay. Cherry on the cake was the swimming pool which calls you to take a dip after a busy touristy dayout :-) Lalin and the caretaker was proactive, helped us with a flexible early check-in and also took care of our queries in advance. This property is a definite recommendation for anyone visiting Colombo. Thanks, Bithika

Die Unterkunf ist riesig und ein privater Ort über den Dächern von Negombo. Eine tolle Unterkunft um nach einem langen Flug erstmal abzuschalten. Für längere Aufenthalte mit Selbstversorgung reicht die Ausstattung der Küche jedoch nicht aus. Die Betten sind mega bequem und für diejenigen die eine Klimaanlage benötigen: die funktioniert super. Anuk war immer gut zu erreichen, half uns mit seinem Housekeeper beim Gepäck und organisierte uns ein Taxi für den Transport zum Airport.

Anuk is a very good host. His apartment is very nice, the pool is really amazing! It's the perfect place to stay if you what to visit Negombo, or if your want to sleep over because of the near airport! The pool with the nice view over the city was perfect! Anuk was very helpful and allowed us to let here our luggage so that we were able to enjoy Necombo after our Check-Out! :)

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very neat, clean, and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities we needed. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and it was a lovely touch that the host booked a complimentary game room session for them. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for a family stay!

We arrived the airport at night, this house comforted us after a 20min driveway. Although it is so dark around that we could see nothing(it is a villa in a big and green garden), we surprised by the warm house very soon. We are 2couples, we have 2 rooms with individual bathroom and a shared yard. The beds and bathrooms are big and clean, hot water was provided only in one room but the cool water was also warm enough. There are nature calls of little bugs and birds. This villa offered us a comfortable rest after long flight, and a good start of the journey.Thank you!

Hotel 106 is a rare find. Anyone who knows Colombo would see what an amazing location it is. It’s definitely our favorite place to stay in Colombo abd Vishwa is an excellent host flexible and available. Thank you 😊

Strávili jsme v tomto ubytování nádherný čas a nemohli jsme si vybrat lépe! Nachází se na klidnějším místě, daleko od ruchu velkoměsta, ale stále s výbornou dostupností do centra. Největším bonusem byla prostorná terasa s úžasným výhledem na Colombo – obzvlášť večer to byl opravdu nezapomenutelný zážitek. Ubytování bylo útulné, čisté a krásně provoněné, s veškerým vybavením, které jsme potřebovali. Nešlo o žádný neosobní hotel, ale o místo s duší, kde jsme se cítili velmi příjemně❤️ Hostitelka Anushika byla nesmírně milá, ochotná a vždy připravená pomoci s jakýmkoliv dotazem. Je vidět, že se o své hosty stará s láskou a péčí. Pokud se znovu vydáme do Colomba, určitě se sem rádi vrátíme. Toto ubytování jednoznačně doporučujeme všem, kteří hledají klid, pohodu a krásné výhledy!❤️

Suchithra und seine Mutter sind ausgezeichnete Gastgeber. Sie sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung wurde uns eine frische Papaya und Kaffee angeboten. Auf Nachfrage habe wir einen zusätzlichen Tisch bekommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Zudem war das Internet sehr gut. Insgesamt äußerst empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank ♥️

This apartment is a hidden gem in the heart of Colombo’s vibrant city life!! If you're looking for an authentic experience, this is the perfect place. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood within a residential complex filled with friendly families, it offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The location is excellent, everything in Colombo is just 10–15 minutes away. The apartment itself has all the essentials for a comfortable stay, but the true highlight is the charming backyard, inviting you to relax and unwind. A special mention goes to the hosts, Dilshan and Sanda, who were always available and incredibly helpful. I had an amazing time and can highly recommend this place!

One of the best places . I was looking for a place to stay comfortably with my family (7) and this place ticked all the boxes. It is in a very convenient place. Specially if when you are living abroad and coming down stay with your family. This place is ideal . You can have your privacy and live with your extended family at the same time 😊. Very spacious, clean and situated in very quiet area . Also you are 10 minutes away for anything and everything. To eat out or to order anything online. You can do it easily. Now about the Host , Shanika is very responsive,attentive and also accommodating. I had to change my booking due wrong schedule , she accepted the change immediately. Also Chaminda and Kapila, they are very responsive and they will make sure that you are properly checked in. They will always go above and beyond. I would highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a convenient and a clean place stay in Colombo for a few nights or even longer.

Very nice location, quiet and large garden in the middle of the city! Large appartement. I liked to walk around to Mount Lavinia inside the small streets without using the main roads.. Shiromi is a very kind person and helpful.

Best villa in Bolgoda area! Thank you for the fantastic service provided during our stay. The villa is a masterpiece of elegance, boasting spacious rooms, modern amenities, and exquisite decor. We were unable to find the location when we got there but Anill(Care Taker) was really helpful he literally came to where we were and guided us. Sri Lankan Breakfast was brilliant. Villa has a magnificent view and just views the serene water beneath the lovely sunset. The Villa was amazing. Hope to come back soon. Thanks Ayesha for consistently checking on us! ❤️🤩
