Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Watertown

Perfect for a weekend visit to SDSU. We wish it had another bathroom but we managed to take turns as needed. We will be staying there again when available. Molly is a great host!

Went out to go fishing and the place was perfect for our needs. Easy to find. Accessible with the trailer. It was clean had even had a fish cleaning room.

Great place to to stay! Very roomy and comfy! Driveway was big enough to turn around a 21 foot trailer, which is a must for us.

Wonderful stay for our sons wedding. Placed worked great for hair & makeup central day of the wedding for the bride and all her attendants. Loved the old school charm of this house even though we didn't get to spend much time in it as we were on the go with wedding set up and rehearsal. Beds were comfortable and linens were fresh. Bathrooms were clean and showers had great pressure. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again if needing to stay in Brookings!

Great place to stay with a group of friends or family. A true farmhouse feel with lots to do. Enjoyed the hot tub, made s’mores over one of the fire pits and the gourmet kitchen with tons of spices to use was a dream to cook in. Yee-hah!🤠

This is a beautiful home. I love that everything we needed readily available - from the kitchen utensils to bath towels and sheets. We had great communication with Melissa and they were very kind. Would definitely recommend staying here and would enjoy to come back! Thank you!!

We loved our stay at the lake house! The host was great to work with, super responsive, and flexible. The house was just what we expected and a perfect space for our 2 families. We will be back!

Nicks place was PERfECT! Exactly what we needed for a family fishing trip. Plenty of space to expand out and get excellent rest. The hot tub was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kids played downstairs while adults hung out upstairs on the main level. The kids loved it! The place is big! It had towels, bedding, garbage bags etc so we only needed our clothes! Highly recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous home on the beach with an incredible view and hot tub. Used this location to get my wonderful fiancée to say yes and the house on the lake couldn’t have been more perfect! 10/10 recommend for a weekend getaway

Upon arriving the furnace wasn’t working properly but Jared was very helpful in getting it back in working order! Everything else was as stated in the listing! The house was clean, we had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking meals and the hot tub was nice and warm once we turned up the heat! I’d love to book again in the summer time!!

My family was blown away the second we walked through the door. So many beautiful comfortable places to gather and take in the magnificent view throughout the entire home. The kids loved walking down to the beach to climb the rocks and wade in the water. There were fun games for us to play inside and outside. Everything we needed we could find in a cupboard or a pantry. And my husband and I enjoyed the privacy of the downstairs bedroom, bath and living room space after a long day with the kids and family. My sister-in-law particularly enjoyed the coffee bar. Can’t wait to stay here again the next time we come visit my brother and his new wife. We made such a happy memories.
