Haiou was a great hostess and as a person you couldn't have a better person to have for a great accommodation. we will be back and love her cozy and affordable location.

Immediately upon opening the door the house smelled clean. It was neat and tidy and peaceful. We had fun exploring the grounds and made sure to take the Trestle trail...which was a 5 minute walk from the house. We had everything we needed for our party of 6...though I'd say the house was perfect for 4 or 2 couples and some kids. Erik was super responsive for any questions we had. I'd happily come back again.

We loved staying in this gorgeous home. I have so say: the dishwasher, oven and stove took us awhile to get used to. The lot is HUGE! It's the right by the water and we did some canoeing. We also had a little campfire in the fire pit. I would definitely stay here again

would highly recommend to anyone coming to town.

We had a wonderful stay with family for my son’s graduation. Communication with Niki was prompt and helpful. The pool house was a wonderful surprise and we spent most of our time there although there were two other living areas. The home is warm, clean, and meticulously designed, with small touches throughout (soft sheets, candle light, dimmers, heated floor in master bath etc). Incredible fireplaces, plenty of glasses and dishes, and a Sonos sound system for the music lovers like us. All perfect for a celebratory weekend!

The place an clean and spotless. The host was very responsive. It's a single home. The basement is where was done up where we stayed. It was 5 minutes away from our place that we had to be. I will definitely rent with Patrick again. Very happy with the service and how cleaning it was.

Beautiful accommodations in a lovely area of KW. We were only there for one night, but it was a great place for our team who was in town for a conference to stay. We enjoyed a lovely walk down by the river. The house was pristine, beds were comfortable, and the three full bathrooms helped with everyone getting ready in the morning. I would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful home.

Abdul’s place was a very pleasant experience. The house was spacious, perfect for 8 people. Everything was just like how he described it. Abdul was responsive, told us everything we needed to know. Overall, a great place to stay!

We loved our stay at the Sophia House, it was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Kelly left the house stocked with all the amenities and supplies, and was very courteous! The listing reflects the photos, providing a quaint cottage vibe with the red barn, decor and landscaping. Close to downtown Elora, you could walk into the core within 15 minutes and enjoy what the town has to offer! Would recommend.

Beautuful, new home with ample space and easy check in. Convenient to our event at The Aud. The house was well appointed and spotless. The only thing missing was a dining table with enough seats for the number of guests (as shown in the photos, there are only 3 bar stools at the kitchen island), but this did not detract from our wonderful stay. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were a bonus for 4 friends travelling together so everyone had their own space. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay near downtown Guelph. Home is nicely renovated and comfy for 2-3 people. Host was very friendly and accommodating. No complaints!

The house is large and beautiful. We especially liked having a second living area upstairs. We had 8 adults in our group and we were very comfortable. We will definitely consider this again in the future when we return to the area.
