E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. We are minutes drive away from Crough woods and Mahon falls. Clonea strand, Bunmahon and Stradbally beaches are a 20 minute drive. After a busy day ,you can look forward to relaxing at the fire side or outside in nature.

You will be staying on an animal sanctuary with a wide range of different animals. You are free to walk around the sanctuary and can find out all about their stories and how they came to be with us. You can book for breakfast or our home made pizza nights and barbeques. (Please advise us in advance if you would like food provided). As well as access to our firepit ( firewood provided at an additional small fee). We also now have a hot tub at an additional cost of €30
