Finding the place was super easy and checking in was even easier. 2-3 steps and you are inside. No waiting, no calling, no lost time. the apartment is very spacious and well organized. It has everything needed, literally. All areas are sparkling clean. It has a very pleasant terrace where you can sip a cup of coffee. The coffee is on the house. We enjoyet every moment of our short stay at the apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay in St. Johann – especially thanks to Elfriede and Maria, who are simply great hosts! They were super friendly, helpful and always approachable. Whether it was a small question or a request - help was provided immediately and you always had the feeling of being in good hands. The apartment was exactly as described – very nice, cozy and in a fantastic location. You can tell that a lot of love and attention to detail has gone into this. Beautiful and clean space. 5 minutes to the bus that can take you to the train into the city. Beautiful surroundings with a bakery and a grocery store nearby. We felt right at home.

Very quiet, bright apartment right on the edge of the forest with a sunny balcony. Great Thai restaurant and bakery just around the corner. Everything was wonderful and Evi was very helpful and the communication was very nice and fast. I'd love to come back!

Awesome place to stay near Munich.

I felt very comfortable in Katja's apartment, everything was taken care of. Since it was sometimes very warm during my stay, I was glad about the shady side on the slope. Beautifully located for those who like it private and quiet. However, a car is required, as described in the advertisement. Very clean, tastefully furnished.

Hassle-free, nice contact and friendly welcome by the family running the long-established pottery with the beautiful workshop. Beautiful views over the lake and the mountains to the east. In summer, a plus is certainly your own "mole" not a minute away with deckchair and parasol. Frauenchiemsee is fast walking, but if you are there for a few more days, still attractive again and again, as well as Herrenchiemsee next door, where we have been several times away from the "tourist must". Everything you need is pleasantly available. Apartment in the old house (18th century?) logically somewhat clairaudient despite modernization, therefore plausibly more peace and quiet between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. But that doesn't bother anyone on this so quiet birdsong island. Gladly again and thank you !

Beautiful 1-room apartment with plenty of space on the terrace! We immediately felt comfortable and it was everything you need. The bathroom is very nice and the walk-in closet is super practical! Very comfortable bed and the apartment is tastefully decorated with attention to detail. We'll be very happy to come back!!

The stay at Tine's was wonderful. The location of the apartment is very idyllic and in the middle of nature. The place was super clean and tidy. We felt very comfortable. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. We will be happy to come back.

This listing is in a very quiet environment, next to a large field.For the two of us, the interior of the house is very spacious, there is an attic, and the room is fully equipped.Parking is convenient and close to the airport.I would recommend this listing to all self-driving tourists!

We had a very nice time at Hartmut's on the Simsee. We liked the apartment very much right away: especially the great wooden floor in the living room and the history of the house. Our son loved to explore every room. The balcony invites you to linger at any time of day and in any weather. The area is perfect for swimming, hiking and enjoying. Communication with Hartmut was easy and fast; just like the check-in. We would come back at any time for a relaxing break.

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday holiday life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the sound of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

The place was really great. The apartment is one of several in the house. The entire apartment was super clean and fully matched the pictures and description. The kitchen is well equipped and the induction hob, oven and microwave are modern and in excellent condition. The host - Freddy - was always easy to reach and always responded promptly. The surrounding area is very beautiful and idyllic. The whirlpool was very relaxing and is in the garden with a beautiful view! A In addition, the barbecue hut can be booked, which looks slightly elevated over the house. This is also very modern and lovingly designed. All in all, I highly recommend the accommodation and would travel there again at any time. We were only in Erding and on site, so I can't say much about the connection to Munich etc.

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The whirlpool was our highlight and was already heated and usable upon our arrival :) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village :) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach directly, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our host. We will definitely come again!!!!!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the stable. The as-new apartment was provided with loving details.
