Holiday rentals with breakfast in Washington Heights, Manhattan

One of the best places I’ve stayed. Nathalie’s place was super easy to find, private entrance, very clean, well lite at night and really quiet. The place was nicely furnished, convenient to UBS arena! New modern and clean bathroom and super comfortable king bed and very cute kitchen. The TV and internet access was easy to navigate as well. Definitely would like to go back whenever I’m in NY! Would give it a 10 out of 10! Perfect cozy getaway - home away from home!

The apartment was lovely, the location was lovely, the host was lovely, and although we did not have the honor of meeting his dog I'm sure she's lovely too. Just as nice as the pictures make it out to be. We had a great time, thank you Michael

I was overly pleased with this house. They provide small things that you may have forgotten. Like shampoo and toothbrushes. Each bedroom has an extra heater, fan, extra blankets, and a little beverage refrigerator. The top floor space is like a cute little apartment.They really tried to think of anything you may or may not need. So it was easy to be comfortable there.Perfect place for medium to extra large size families. Enjoyed sitting on porch. A beautiful cherry blossom tree lives in the front yard. Great neighborhood vibes. Close to NYC. 30 minutes from Central Park. If you have a vehicle, free parking in the driveway is super convenient. The hosts are sweet. You are not bothered by the apartment below. We would definitely book again.

Ben’s house was truly a storybook stay! Our family came into town for the Holidays to visit our daughter who lives a few towns over. The house is very charming and well equipped with everything you would need for any length stay. The location is really awesome! Plenty of excellent restaurants and shops that are walkable. The highlight of our stay was the train station right next door, it made going in and out of New York City very easy and pleasant. Overall Ben was a great host, he went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated and we will be sure to look his house up again when we come back to the area.

Casa completa di ogni confort, nulla è lasciato al caso e si vede la cura nei dettagli verso i propri ospiti. La zona è perfetta, lontana dal caos di Manhattan, ma molto ben collegata con NYC. In soli 10 minuti di autobus attraverso il Lincoln Tunnel si arriva facilmente a Times Square. Noi eravamo due adulti e due bimbi di 11 e 8 anni, abbiamo tutti molto apprezzato la casa di Jen dopo le lunghe giornate a NYC. La consigliamo vivamente!

Amina and Sumaiya were very helpful during check-in, although I didn't have the internet to check the final day message as I was driving to NYC from Canada, they helped every possible way to navigate the correct side entrance entrance to the unit. They were super helpful in the process on calls and the duration of my stay. The house was very clean, and the bedding and bathware were very clean, like new. We felt like staying at a friends place.

The space is very efficiently used. The bed is comfortable and warm. Heaters allowed for quick warmup when first entering. For K-Cup users, the machine at the time of our stay was a 5-injector model. What a nice surprise, to have the best cup possible in the morning! One caveat: since the space is on the bottom floor and set into a hillside, there was no cell phone coverage for my AT&T iPhone. It was confusing until I realized it was sending and receiving the previous day's texts when I left in the morning.

The house was very spacious and comfortable. The house provided basically everything you needed. We had a great time. The back yard was very relaxing. Thanks again!

I really want to take the time to explain just how great this place was. The place is spacious and the photos are 100% spot on. It was immacculately clean and the best AirBnB experience we have had. Beds were comfortable. We have trevalled from Australia as a family with three teenage boys. We really used every facility. The shuttle to the station for daily trips to Manhattan. The boys used the gym daily as well as the sauna, basketball court, golf simulator etc. Incredible views of NYC from the rooftop. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with local restaurants recommendations and directions. The building tenants were friendly and made the Aussies feel very welcome. We did home cooked meals many nights as well as great local restaurants. The kitchen has all you need to feed a family. Zo and Paige were responsive to any questions and allowed us to check out late on the last of our 9 days. It felt like leaving home. I couldn't recommend this place more. It was excellent.

Muy buen alojamiento. La ubicación es excelente, tanto para recorrer la zona como para ir a cualquier parte de Manhattan porque tiene estaciones de metro muy cercanas. La habitación cumple con lo necesario y esta todo muy limpio. El desayuno es un punto muy a favor, es una bebida caliente y algo para comer a elección, no es un desayuno abundante pero si muy rico y de buena calidad, y salís del hotel listo para recorrer!

The apartment was perfect for our family of five. Our host was very easy to communicate with. Subway entry is only 2 block away.

I really liked the bnb, me and my bf were very comfortable. The only thing I can say is that you can hear conversations from upstairs and them walking. But overall I really liked it I would stay again.

We hebben het fijn gehad in het appartement van Yolima en Maria. We voelden ons zeer welkom (ook door de boodschappen die er al waren voor een eerste ontbijt!) en Maria hielp ons met tips voor de bus naar Manhattan, die om de paar minuten vlakbij het appartement stopt. Rustige buurt maar ook binnen 20 minuten in Manhattan! We hebben genoten in Manhattan en bij Yolima en Maria.

This was a great and quite place to stay after touring around NYC. The PATH to NYC was a bit confusing during the weekend but other than that, it was pretty accessible! Lisbeth’s place had everything, and because she lives right next to, the communication was easy. If you are looking for a great place to stay in NJ, this is a great option :)

Wonderful home away from home. Clean, private and beautiful. Erica thought of everything and anything. I will be back to relax at this peaceful villa.

I don’t even know where to begin! William was an AMAZING host. The first place my husband and I booked canceled last minute and William had no problem accommodating us. We are able to check in at 7pm after making the reservation around 6pm. The pictures do not do this place justice. William set up the sauna for us to use which was a truly relaxing experience. I could talk to William for hours, we had lots of conversation about various topics. The next morning he made us breakfast. We had bacon and eggs with croissants and coffee and OJ. This was a beautiful stay and it was well worth the money. William was just the cherry on top! I will definitely be staying here again!

Wir verbrachten zwei Tage in der Unterkunft von Ron. Sie war genau so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Von der Wohnung sind es nur einige Minuten Gehweg zur Subway-Station, von dort aus kommt man wunderbar ins Innerste von Manhattan. Alles verlief problemlos, gerne wieder.

David is welcoming and helpful; this is a great place to stay if you are needing to be in the vicinity (for me, visiting elder and getting some work done during parts of days). The room is cozy and clean, comfortable bed and good desk -- along with bits of friendly conversation, it suited me well. I'll be checking availability next time I'm back in the area.

6 out of 5 stars! This was a fantastic bed-n-breakfast experience with a lovely host who worked to ensure we had the perfect stay. This trip was a lovely, quiet getaway for us and a much needed break to unplug and unwind. Perfect location and near many parks for walking and hiking. Incredibly responsive host who made sure our favorite breakfast items were on hand. Highly recommend and we will definitely book again in the future!

Art is an excellent host. He was quickly available at all times. We will be back!

This place was perfect. It’s super neat and cozy, the host was super helpful accommodating and made sure I felt right at home. It’s not too noisy and most of the guests there are solo travelers. The experience that this place provides is unique and super thrilling! You really feel like a traveler while you’re here! Moreover, it’s at the center of attraction. You can get to Madison Square Garden/ Penn station, The edge, Vessel and NY Times Square just by walking! 10/10 would come back to this place - more for the people than the location.

this wonderfull place had all it need and more. very nice place if you are looking for a calm place to stay outside the city center. the home is very spacious and the possibility's are endless. i highly recommend for single travelers or women looking for a safe and quite space to relex. the hosts were so lovely, and did everything they could to meet my needs. its so perfect, that it's almost annoyingly perfect. its the mixture of the beautifull home, the lovely hosts, their care, the fantastic room that will make your visit worthwile.
