Cozy Cottage near Zion National Park.

Our Cozy Cottage is down a long driveway next to our quiet orchard. We have made it wheelchair accessible, with a large shower with two Nebia shower heads, support bars and a shower chair. There are no stairs. It is new, as of September 2020. Living area has a comfortable couch, table and chairs. The kitchen is full and complete. Full size washer and dryer. There are motion sensor light above the wide sidewalk to the front door. We have a keyless pad entry lock. Lovely farming community.

The Sage Nest

This adorable tiny home is only 100sf but contains everything needed for a comfortable stay. Be surrounded by beauty with only a 15 minute walk to many known bike trails, hiking trails and rock climbing routes. An amazing restaurant is a short walk (or drive if you prefer) with Zion park entrance only 20 minutes away. Beautiful views! A great place to rest & relax after all your adventures. FYI - There are some fur friends on the property that you will very likely encounter outside 🐶 🐈‍⬛ 🐐

Not just a place to sleep. It’s an experience! This is the perfect place to come get a fresh perspective and fresh air in the mountains, on the ranch. Close to some of the most popular hikes and National Parks. The night sky is gorgeous. The stars and the Milky Way are visible and spilling across the sky. We have an outdoor fire pit where you can sit and melt into the night after a day of hiking. Or, On cold nights, hanging out by the fireplace in your Airbnb space, with a cup of hot cocoa.

Overlooking farm fields that border the Virgin River, With sheep and goats nearby and farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop right on the property, Zion is 10-15 minutes down the road. The location is ideal. Close to Zion National Park and local stores and restaurants.

Currently we have highland cattle, Goats, Alpaca, Sheep, Chickens, mini Donkey’s, pigs Your personal back patio has a private hot tub, fire pit, and amazing view of Mountains and Zion National Park. Enjoy walking in our garden and orchard.
