Our stay at The Summit at Peaceful Peak was wonderful! Jennifer & Travis are amazing hosts! Extremely friendly & inviting. They even welcomed us with music playing when we walked in. Super cool! Maple & Phoenix are an added pleasure! The view of the mountains is beautiful. The house is immaculate! There isn’t one accommodation you can think of that the house doesn’t already provide. The kitchen is a chef’s dream! We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Giant Jenga was fun, too! And, seeing the wildlife while we were there reminded us of home. We had an amazing weekend here & the kids have requested this be our permanent TN retreat! We absolutely recommend Peaceful Peak & hope to return soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice place to stay. Parking was not good no designated spots for the apartment basically first come first serve. I think that maybe the neighbors on the first floor smoked because there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke. But the apartment was extremely clean. The only thing that could have made the apartment better was if it had a washer and dryer in the laundry room. I would 100% stay again.

A pristine home in an amazing private community. Full equipped with kitchen, bath, and extras. Always great recommendations and responsive to questions. Highly recommend for families that enjoy nature and privacy.

Kayla’s place was perfect for our stay. We found everything as described and we felt right at home.

The description to the house was accurate and actually looked better in person than in the photos. There was plenty of space for our family of 7 with our pups for a family Christmas vacation. The house is literally right next to the newly renovated Hatley Pointe boutique ski resort and minutes away from tubing. We did experience an unfortunate event where there was a blockage in the main plumbing line to the house that resulted in a toilet and shower downstairs overflowing. We did have to move out of downstairs for several days while the area was cleaned. Daniel did respond right away and was willing to give back a partial refund that we agreed on for the inconvenience. While the house could use some TLC (in regards to leaky pipes and mattress upgrades), it was a good value for the money, the location is unbeatable, and the communication from Daniel was 5 stars.

Beautiful home in rural area which was peaceful. The morning sunrise over the mountain terrain was spectacular. The local store nearby (Wolf Provisions General Store) had great sandwiches.

We stay at many Airbnbs and this one is my favorite. The location is great, but what makes it our favorite is Molly's hosting talent. She equips the house the way she would want it herself to enjoy time with family, including children. We like to cook and have local family over. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you would need to make a dinner and bake goodies. Our 11-year old nephew came to visit and loved all the toys. Molly's special touch of fresh eggs from her farm is a one-of-a-kind great experience.

Angela and the property were great. Would definitely rent again. Centrally located and beautiful inside.

We had a fantastic stay at Tjs! The hosts were friendly and communicative and the house had everything we needed for our extended stay. Hoping to stay again when in the area!

Carissa's Airbnb was a wonderful place to stay for a week. I've stayed in a number of Airbnb's and not all of them were suitable for more than a couple of days. We were able to do laundry, dishes, even set up my sewing machine so I could decompress after tough days. Carissa was also super responsive. She was always available and ready to help me when I angered the front door lock (user error only). Thank you for being a great host and being so flexible about our check out day. You're awesome!

Tiffiny's place was amazing. It was everything we needed and more. She is a pleasure to work with and very helpful with the entire process. Will definitely stay there next time we are in town.

William and Donna were great hosts. Very responsive and proactive. The place was beautiful and very functional. We had an infant with us and the house had all things we could need for a one year old which made our stay even more comfortable. House was clean with a fully functional kitchen and all amenities describe. Basement had a bunch of games you can play with friends / family. I would definitely recommend this one for people looking to spend a nice peaceful and private weekend fate away with family/friends.

We have stayed at Cox Haven before and always find consistency in all the aspects of this rating. This is a convenient location and is easy to get to restaurants and shopping. The location is quite and has beautiful surroundings that allow rest and relaxation.

House was well kept and clean. Plenty of room to spread out and feel at home. Good entertainment spaces and kitchen. Worked well for on a local golf trip!

Very comfortable beds. Every room has their own bathroom, and most seemed recently upgraded. the screened in porch was nice with swinging chairs, but some of the screens were broken...I think they are possibly in the middle of upgrading that room. very peaceful place!!

We had a lovely stay at the Red House. It felt like walking into Grandma’s house, for it was a perfect time capsule of the 60-70s. Has all your basics to get you through your stay. Wasn’t anything flashy but sometimes that’s all you need. Would definitely recommend for a couples get away.

where do we start with this wee gem of a find in Johnson City. we've just left today after a 12 night stay, and everything was to perfection! comfy big bed, cosy linens, full of exceptional amenities, including coffee - we just can't rate this wee house high enough. we were spending time with our family and this was a perfect base for us when our busy days were over. excellent hosts - excellent location - excellent house. we'll be back for our next visit. thank you!

Nonna is a great host with good communication and she is responsive to any questions you may have. Her home is very clean, organized, nicely furnished, and has some amazing views. We really enjoyed our stay there and Nonna provided some great suggestions that made our stay even more rewarding than it would otherwise have been. We're very glad we stayed there and would be happy to return in the future!

Libby’s home was amazing. We came for the NASCAR race. It was super convenient to the track. And there were lots of shopping and restaurants near her home. Her home was also in an amazing area. We enjoyed the porch since the weather was so nice. There were cows across the street and for us city folks we really enjoyed hearing them. Libby’s home was beautiful. So very clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The beds were so comfortable and the linens were so soft. We also enjoyed walking into the house to a wonderful scent. Libby communicated so well. We had no issues at the house but she did message to let us know that we could check in early if we arrived before 3. She also messaged us to make sure that we had no issues with access and had settled in well. I would recommend her home to anyone. We will be staying here again if she allows us to. Thank you, Libby, for being such an amazing host!

Great weekend at Gwee's. Perfect location for attending Bristol Night Race. Easy drive to event. It is a wonderful historical home, with amazing porch, great for chilling out, we spent most of the evening swinging, and sipping wine!Gwee was excellent communicator! Home comfortable for 6 adults, everyone felt right at home. Stairs to 3 bedrooms, but 1 bedroom and bathroom on main floor. Comfortable beds! Plenty of parking. Well equipped kitchen, if you prefer to stay in and cook. If not many restaurants nearby. Would recommend and stay here if in the area again.
