Kayaks are provided to explore island studded 462 acre Jones pond, a 10 minute walk down a trail. A 10 minute drives brings you to the less visited Schoodic section of Acadia NP, where a network of hiking and biking trails lace the coastal forests and dramatic rocky coast. Nearby Winter Harbor has shops and restaurants and even a ferry across the bay to Bar Harbor and Mount Desert Island.

It is located on a second level so you must be able to climb a set of stairs. You can make day trips to Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor and New Brunswick, Canada. Locally there are State Parks, Hiking trails, and several great restaurants for dining out. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

With peak ocean views as well as the first sunrise in the nation from our location across from Todd's Head, the mini-mansion offers a full kitchen, comfortable bedroom, outdoor 3 person hot tub, washer dryer, yard and ocean breezes. Strolling distance to the pier for a whale watch, the artistic downtown, and the brewery! There is a Weber grill, outdoor seating, bikes to use, books, games, record player and WIFI. The Raven Cabin - Built in 2024 our A-frame cabin is located on a secluded mountain in East Machias, Maine. This is one of two cabins on this property and sits at a high elevation giving our guests spectacular views of the East Machias River. Enjoy listening to native birds singing and watch the eagles soar overhead as you sip coffee on the front deck. This cabin sleeps 4-5.
