Blue Hill is a renovated farmhouse in the quiet town of Hancock. It offers three spacious bedrooms and and two full baths. There is a daybed located in the "changing room" between the main bedroom and main bath as well as an air mattress. Enjoy time hiking, kayaking, and boating in this quaint town located right off route 70.

The only access to the Lagoon, Beach and other amenities is via booking or owners explicit permission. This is a complete unit that is on its own level, own access, own parking, own amenities, Owners live on upper level with fully separate entrance, parking, access, etc. No shared internal spaces. Double sound insulation, no noise worries.
