This spacious 5 bedroom 2 bathroom property has ducted air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. 4 bedrooms have queen beds with a king bed in the spacious master suite. It is ideally situated on the side of a hill to allow for beautiful panoramic views. It sits on a fully fenced 5 acre block. We have recently moved to the block & living in the top shed. We both will use the same gate but this is all you will see of us. Your privacy will be respected but here if you need us.

The brilliant design ideas, up market amenities will give a great experience for young family or your business trip. Please note the loft is not suitable to old ages, the second bedroom is designed for yaunger children. The property is located in a fantastic point of Toowoomba.

Three queen size bedrooms comfortably fits six people, perfect place to spend time with friends and family. The location is just 5 mins walk to the main street which is great for going out at night, no need to take the car!, but only a short drive to all the wineries .

Beatrice Cottage - Comfortable Airconditioned Home

Great family home in Warwick. Recently installed double glazing in front bedrooms to assist with comfort. Close to Morgan Park Raceway and city centre. Furnished to make stay comfortable. Great location to visit famous Queen Mary Falls at Killarney and wineries at Granite Belt region. Historic Steam train ride to Wallangarra, Clifton and Toowoomba Carnival Flowers leaves regularly on weekends so check the Southern Downs Railway website.
