Come hang out at the River House.   The property has a  private feel and is on the Great Columbia River.  In Back of home is the Warrenton river walk . PET free- due to the co-occupant has pet allergies or other health issues exacerbated by pets. This delightful home sits in a quiet neighborhood on a ½ acre lot, overlooking Sunset (Neacoxie) Lake. We are equal distance between Seaside and Astoria. You can take a 10 minute walk down the road directly to the beach. Or, it's a 1/3 mile drive right onto the sand. Excellent for a family or two couples.
