A new, bright house (140 sqm) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a 2500 sqm plot, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The property is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, barbecue, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

A cozy, intimate cottage and a large green plot for relaxation. You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without leaving the bed or in the evening warming up by the fireplace. The atmosphere of relaxation, wonderful view of the lake, peace and quiet is a great option for people who want to take a break from the routine of a big city. For active people, there is a tennis court, a football field and a basketball hoop (schedule of use available on site).

Our wooden cottage has been designed to be modern and functional. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

It is serene, peaceful located 3km from the main road 63 and motorized boat are not allowed on the lake. You'll be surrounded by mature trees and a variety of birds and animals. There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private, clean and comfortable. Overlooking a forest, lake Mielno, pastures with Polish Trakehner horses, a French-style garden, the 600 sq-meter living quarters is located in tranquil Mazury, two hours from Warsaw by car and thirty minutes from Olsztyn. Beyond a luxurious and tranquil environment, the property provides plenty of outdoor activities, including: fishing, swimming, hiking, biking and kayaking.

Fully equipped with -among others- a fire pit by the lake, a bbq, a lovely fireplace in the livingroom, a spacious kitchen, a good shower, wonderful beds and views to just dream away... The entire (fenced) plot is available to our guests, dogs are welcome. (The farm is split into two houses - possible to book together as one house.)
