Songbird Studio was the perfect b&b for me and my partner during our 3 days on the Cape. Private and peaceful, yet centrally located made getting anywhere of interest within 45 minutes extremely easy. The space was both clean and comfortable while also being very affordable compared to other listings. Ann was also such a gracious and hospitable host. The coffee shop right across the street was an added bonus in the mornings! Overall could not recommend this location enough and would 1000% stay here again.

This place was great! Perfect for a solo, quick getaway. Jacob and Payton were responsive and informative. Would definitely book again if I was in the area.

Lovely, relaxing and cozy apartment. It was the perfect place to come home to after a fun day of sightseeing.

We were in town for a reunion and stayed for three nights. It was fantastic to have a place to grab a nap between events and freshen up and change for dressy nighttime events because it was so close. Nighttime was extremely restful and the bed was very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and the geese and ducks were charming. Our hosts were very warm. Great stay!

Beautiful little condo with great views and everything within walking distance. The photos do not do it justice! Will definitely be back and would recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation on the cape

Marianne is wonderful. We had a few questions which she answered right away. The apartment is so nice! Underneath large trees so it didn’t get too hot on the hot day, but 2 a/cs in case they’re needed. One and a half bathrooms so no taking turns. Well stocked full kitchen - dishes, utensils, pots and pans. It is only 10 minutes away from Newport, but without the Newport crowds. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with steep stairs to reach it. If stairs aren’t for you, then this is not the place for you. However,if stairs aren’t an issue then I highly recommend staying here. It’s a lovely place with a lovely owner.

Spotlessly, immaculately clean. Cozy. Super fast WiFi. Everything one could possibly want for. Just as described. The hosts are just the greatest people you’ll ever meet… I could go on about why I always stay here when I’m on the Cape, but this place is second to none. Thanks Gonzalo & Beatriz!!

The apartment is very comfortable. The pictures are accurate. Beds comfortable. Plenty of very nice bath linens. I loved the types and amount of lighting in every room. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. The kitchen is very functional . I loved cooking on the beautiful big stove. We really appreciated having both a Keurig and a coffee maker. The one thing I would caution about is the stairs. They are as pictured. We had no problem with them, but people with knee issues might. I will certainly look for this property again when in the area.

Great location and Sharon is very responsive. The space is also very clean and spacious. Overall a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Ann's place. Very well decorated and exactly as described. The welcome gift basket was a pleasant surprise and nothing I've experienced before. It was a beautiful, unique and well kept place!

This is our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time. We love dog friendly and the studio is absolutely spotless and well maintained. Andrea and Tracy are so responsive, helpful and friendly. Would love to stay again!

My boyfriend, our dogs and I had a great weekend getaway! It was quiet and peaceful, and the location was beautiful. There was plenty of space for all staying and Debra was very friendly and helpful. Huge choice of nearby restaurants and activities. The only downfall was inability to swim in the pond itself due to bacteria counts - totally out of Debra's control! She was able to give us recommendations on other swimming spots and we had a fantastic time swimming with our pups. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Pam’s charming Barnstable apartment! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed (& more!) for a relaxing visit. Pam was welcoming, helpful, & kind to us & our two huskies (one of which can be awfully chatty) :) It's not always easy to find pet-friendly places, and we’re so grateful for her kindness & hospitality. The pups had a blast exploring the fenced in yard & doggy door. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still conveniently located to beaches, shops, & restaurants a short drive away. It was the perfect home base for exploring the Cape, and a great spot to unwind at the end of the day. We felt right at home & would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend — especially for fellow dog lovers!

I had a fantastic stay at Stacie’s for over a week. I was in the area for a pottery event that had me sleeping at odd hours. I felt super comfortable the whole time. The kitchen had great cooking tools, and all the amenities were really great for a longer stay. I slept really well in the bed, too! Every day my partner and I walked the 15-20 min to downtown New Bedford for a nice meal. Thanks for all the recs! I hope to book this spot again next year when I’m back :)

Location is perfect. 5 min walk from beach. 10 min drive from downtown Newport area . Studio was spotless clean . Host was great can’t wait to come back .

I had a fantastic stay at Tara’s place! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Tara was a wonderful host: super responsive, welcoming, and respectful of privacy. The space had everything I needed, and little touches made it feel like home. Stayed for 3 nights to visit family. Was a great stay! Tub is beautiful and comfy. Takes a while to fill as mentioned in description but stays warm! No complaints. Would book again on my next trip!

Fantastic place, beautifully appointed, great location. Highly recommend staying here. Everything is within walking distance. Loved the rooftop deck and jacuzzi. Probably the most comfortable beds, linens and pillows we’ve ever experienced in our many air bnb stays. Extremely comfortable.

My husband and I and our small dog had a fantastic stay. Sharon accommodated a (very!) early morning checkin time and was very responsive and clear throughout our stay. The unit suited our needs well and we absolutely loved spending time in the back patio/garden area.

Great hosts! They went well above expectations, I was having g back surgery and they really helped me out with getting situated and helping with my dog. Can’t say enough good things about Jane and Brian

We stayed at this awesome property for a Monday-Thursday girls trip. The property could not have been better. The pool and hot tub were spectacular and the views from every deck were beautiful. I kitchen was clean and well appointed. The rooms were lovely and the bathrooms were unique and beautiful. I hope to return again.

Tinas place is wonderful. Our family had great time. We enjoyed heated pool and hot jet in a private setting. There is a firepit by the pool and ptown is at an hour drive. We'll be coming back!
