Great place to stay, very unique!

The house is really a great place to stay!🌟 It's spacious, really clean, comfortable and feels new. The swimming pool was also very clean with inflatables provided 💯 All the essentials are provided and everything worked well. The host is very responsive and helpful too. The live in nanny at the back is also a huge plus as she keeps the place clean everyday but she doesn't disturb your privacy. 5 stars!

It's best to be able to rent a single-family home at this price point. It's an old house, so you can't ask for perfect cleanliness, but it's well-maintained and has a lot of different charms. 1. First of all, you can experience local alleys in Thailand. Everyone was friendly. It's a little difficult to get to, but the staff personally met you, so it's not difficult to get there once you check in. 2. The old Thai house was remodeled with that feeling. It's a pity that it's old and creaks and the surrounding road noise comes in, but the air conditioner is cool and the water is really clean. I used the shower filter, but it was white until the day I came back. And the jacuzzi is the best. You can start and end the day very refreshingly. 3. If the host is friendly and informs you of the surrounding food and sightseeing, the response is very fast.

The room is exactly the same as the photos, and it is very clean!The response speed is super fast!Super close to bang chak station and there is an escalator to take, there are nice massage shops, Starbucks, 7-11 and many local snacks nearby, and there is a market nearby in the morning to experience the local life The only downside is that the construction noise in the morning is too loud, and there is a power and water outage the next morning, but this does not affect us much

It was a joy staying at Mints Asoke hideaway. Listing exactly as described. A lot of detail to guest ls needs has been taken into account by the host and a commendable effort to cleanliness. House was comfy and amenities abundant. It mostly rained throughout our stay but Mints got you covered with umbrellas for all. Its remarkably peaceful even though it's surrounded by the hustle of Asoke. Overall excellent.

I am from China and am very happy to stay in Dunna's garden homestay. The host is super nice and the kitchen is clean. We cooked and dined together. Dunna also accompanied me to pick up the children from school. We had a lovely time and we became family. The room is clean, there are frogs and snails in the garden, there are all kinds of vegetables, Dunn is a clean, tidy, kind, friendly person, there are Amy and Lili, Lili is timid, Amy has become a good friend of mine, I will miss you three, I highly recommend everyone to come to Dunn's Garden Homestay.

The place is really as per the pictures, it’s very well located near BTS but also near the Sathon Pier, which is super convenient to move on the river. All in all, a great stay!

Responsive and helpful host, clean and big space for family stay

I had the pleasure of being one of the first guests at this brand-new listing, and it was a great experience overall. The house is very large, clean, and tastefully furnished. Location is great with walking distance to a BTS station, making it a perfect base to explore Bangkok from. The host Luca is very responsive and was eager to assist with any questions I had about the area, as well as giving some great recommendations for local restaurants and nightlife spots to check out in Bangkok. Definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for top notch Bangkok experience!

Sunisa’s place is awesome! Her staff were very helpful, and the airbnb is in an awesome location. It was quiet for a city apartment, and there was plenty of room for us all to mingle while also having private space in our rooms. The laundry was an added bonus.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in Nym’s wonderful apartment in the heart of Bangkok’s Old Town for almost a week — and we can truly say this is the best place to stay in the city! The apartment is spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Everything is thoughtfully arranged, and the beautiful design made us feel at home right away. It’s a peaceful and charming oasis in the middle of vibrant Bangkok. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Nym herself. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever met on Airbnb. Her valuable advice and local tips helped us make the most of our time in Bangkok. And when we accidentally left some valuable items behind, she immediately helped us and sent them via express delivery — we are beyond grateful! Nym, you are the best host on all of Airbnb! The house was very clean, making it a really comfortable place to stay. I think we’ll want to stay here again next time we visit.

Though the cab driver struggled with the address and we had to carry our luggage by foot for a short distance, once we arrived check-in was very smooth. Overall, the place was clean and convenient with lots of cute cafes and restaurants nearby. It was also very quiet at night! One note on the stairways for future guests — the first few steps from floor 1 are narrow since they spiral. There is no railing either so my friend ended up slipping down and hitting her bottom when descending! Luckily it was just bruised. It was also because she was wearing slippers. Please be careful and recommended to take off slippers when using the staircase. Thank you for a great stay and would highly recommend to anyone!

Spot-on location right next to bts and a bunch of 7/11. The house is new and well cleaned, although there’s no elevator but it somehow makes it feel more like home. We had a really comfortable stay, the whole group loved it. Hosts are responsive and accommodating. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

I stayed at Pannarai's apartment and it was, without a doubt, a 10-star experience. From the first message, her tone was so warm and friendly that it felt like we were talking to friends. She took the time to explain how to get around Bangkok and suggested secret places to eat that aren't listed in the guidebooks. The space was spotlessly clean, with super-fast Wi-Fi and coffee ready every morning. The area is quiet and perfect for relaxing, yet within walking distance of everything: markets, transportation, and nightlife. I would definitely stay with her again.
