Located in Bluford, IL this lovely 3-bedroom home is perfect for any family. The location is accessible from interstate 64 or Hwy 15. We have two bedrooms with a queen-sized bed in each and one room with a full sized bed. Also one of the bedrooms has a crib. The enclosed front porch is perfect for drinking coffee, reading, or working at the provided desk. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials. The TV is connected to the Wi-Fi network. You can cast to the TV via an HDMI cord or play DVDs.

Waltonville House (Jefferson County)near Rend Lake

The area is great for hunting deer, turkeys, and other wildlife. Mt. Vernon & Rend Lake have a golf course. It is about 5 min from a Rend Lake boat ramp(Waltonville, Turnip Patch, Jackie Branch). Rend Lake S Sandusky Beach is about 20 miles. A discount is given for long term stays. It is about 13 miles south of Mt. Vernon, 7 miles from Nason, & 8 miles north of Sesser. It is located near restaurants & gas stations. I have a folder on the table with some local restaurants with menu & location.

The Spillway Cabins are new construction with new everything! Our little slice of heaven is yours to explore and enjoy. Each cabin(west and east) have 2 br/2bth, hot tub, gas grill, Starlink internet, large flatscreen TV’s, fully stocked kitchen, and fire pits! From the south side of the cabins you will find a pathway that will take you through our 7 acres of woods and down to a lakeside pergola that has comfortable outdoor furniture, a bar, and view of our beloved Centralia Lake and spillway.

With less than 5 miles to the nearest boat ramp, this home is great for those who want to fish on Rend Lake (our area is great for hunting, too). Hardwood floors, porcelain tile (including a heated bathroom floor), leather furniture and a gas fireplace make the inside clean and relaxing. A spacious paved patio with plenty of seating and a charcoal grill make the outside just as enjoyable! Single night stays during peak season can be requested on a case by case basis. Whether traveling through and needing an easy one night stay or a weekend getaway, this is the place for you. Located in the quiet village of Whittington, the property has great access to the area while providing a peaceful stay on the edge of the country. Our property has multiple rental buildings, but there is plenty of parking space for anyone traveling with a pickup and trailer.

We are only 5.1 miles from the magnificent historic Cedarhurst Center for the Arts and 18 miles from the beautiful Rend Lake. Our property has been made with the conveniences of being ADA accessible. A one level home with a step in shower and newly added ramp for easier entry. We do also offer fishing from our gazebo on our large pond. The home includes utensils you may need to make a meal.
