Enjoy summer days and gorgeous nights! We are located in a rustic area of northwest Michigan, 15 miles north of Harbor Springs, within 2 miles of the Tunnel of Trees. We are conveniently located for nature preserves, state parks, hiking trails, beautiful beaches, and Mackinaw City / Island. Our home is attached to the guest suite but guests access their suite via a secured private entrance. Our equipped kitchen has a pantry, fresh farm eggs, butter, a home-baked item, ground coffee, and teas.

The location is within an easy distance to hiking trails, soccer fields, canoeing, snowmobile trails, shopping, swimming, skiing, and golfing. You can also just sit around the fire circle! For a small fee there is a wood fired sauna, snow shoes are available by special request.

Burt Lake Waterfront Hideaway

Enjoy beautiful lake front northern MI, close to many "Tip of the Mitt" towns, trails, activities while enjoying beautiful Burt Lake, including our sunsets. Our guest house is on the second floor of our detached garage. It is at the end of a quiet road and is located off I-75 (exit 310 and 313), 3 miles from town, but 30-40 minutes from many other towns. Kayaks, small grill, camp fires on windless nights. No pets.
