A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

Our accommodation consists of a 1-room apartment, with separate bathroom and built-in kitchen. The apartment includes a large bed, TV, Wi-Fi access and a small table. Parking is ample and can be used free of charge. Directly adjacent you will find a restaurant including beer garden, which is open from Thursday to Sunday. Breakfast can be booked in advance as an extra. You sleep here very rural but only about 10 minutes from the Deggendorf highway junction.

The apartment is upstairs of a single-family house. Ground floor and basement are used by the hosts. The self-contained apartment can be reached via a shared staircase. The apartment has a kitchen, dining room, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and a living room with TV, folding sofa bed (1,40x2,00) and sofa. The apartment also has a balcony. Directly in front of the house is a parking space. Parking space for bicycles available.
