Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar holiday region, but the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are also not far away.

Quietly situated forester's house for 2 families

We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und bietet Direktzugang zum Garten. Die Küche ist mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Das Bad bietet eine Dusche, WC und Badewanne. Handtücher und Föhn sind vorhanden. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein neues Boxspringbett und eine Schlafcouch. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig mit großer Couch und Wohnwand mit TV. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Der Kühlschrank ist mit einer kleinen Auswahl von Getränken gefüllt die Sie laut Preisliste erwerben können.

Electric barrel sauna for sole use, large meadow with fruit trees, fireplace and beautiful view with loungers. Gravel parking spaces. Firewood freely available both inside and out. For swimming, Silbersee is 2.5 km away and Perlsee with a beer garden is 13 km away. It's very quiet at the end of a hamlet. You are alone in the garden.

Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Sie bietet drei Schlafzimmer (je zwei Schlafplätze), eine offene Wohnküche, ein großzügiges Bad und ein separates WC. Auf Wunsch stellen wir Ihnen ein Babybett (2Stück immer vorhanden), Hochstuhl, Babybadewanne, Töpfchen, Toilettensitz, Spielebogen und co zur Verfügung. Vier Betten können einzeln oder als Doppelbett gestellt.
