The apartment is very nice, spacious and very clean. The decor is stylish, if perhaps a little clean. We felt very comfortable. Only the pigeon nests and the smell in the open staircase are a bit annoying when entering and leaving the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was as described. Angelina was very easy to reach and always helped immediately if we had any questions. It couldn't have been better overall!

The house is wonderfully idyllic, located directly on the water. It was very quiet during the day and at night. Apartment very modern, everything very clean, kitchen very well equipped, beds very comfortable, washing machine in the apartment at your disposal.... I can't describe any negative things, our stay was consistently perfect. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great time in the apartment with the Adam family. Very cozy, lovingly furnished and well-equipped apartment. The sauna and whirlpool (€20 per use) are also a great addition. Alois was very friendly, accommodating and we were even able to check in later than advertised. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be.

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

We had a great stay and can definitely recommend this accommodation. Within cycling/walking distance of the centre of Passau.

Radek’s place was very good, large, clean with all necessary amenities plus Wifi works well. There are few self contained apartments within the large villa located on the hill above the town centre. It is approx 8 minutes drive to get there and a free parking is available at the premises. We have enjoyed staying at Radek’s Villa and would certainly recommend to stay there to anyone preferably with own vehicle.

The space is really very special. Communication with the host was great. We just had some trouble getting there, as the listing address doesn't match the one in Airbnb. We then found out via Google maps. Otherwise, everything was really great!

Great spot for families vacation. Appreciate big room for children with stuffs for them. Nice views and the ping pong table!

The host welcomed us super nicely, and showed and explained everything. There is a bun service and the host is always available as he and his wife live next door. The location is quiet and the overall complex with Koikarpfenteich and its own chickens that you can pet is very idyllic. Perfect for families but also for a cozy men's lap.

Small accommodation in a very good location and with parking. Slightly limited storage space, luggage storage, toiletries, and clothes. But you can handle it.

Large, clean and comfortable apartment, as described

We had a great time at Evelyn's. The apartment is super decorated and cozy, we felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom very clean and Evelyn a perfect hostess. When we had something to complain about, she immediately took care of it and also did her very best to get the strong smell out of the kitchen that the previous tenants had left behind. She was always super easy to reach, very friendly and thorough. We thank you very much for the wonderful time and are happy to recommend the accommodation!

Cozy studio apartment, nicely decorated and with a well equipped kitchen, at a peaceful place on the edge of the village.

We liked it in Jenny's apartment and felt very comfortable there. We also liked the area very much, as there were some hikes that you could start right outside the front door.

Very friendly hostess for an excellent place to stay in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. From a great kitchen, to a nice large bathroom, very good beds, plenty of space in all rooms and a beautiful large balcony, this super clean apartment is highly recommended. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation and felt very comfortable. It's a sunny, cozy and friendly apartment. It exceeded my expectations. The landlord was very nice and helpful, because he brought me another blanket as I was a little frozen. Also asked if everything is ok and I need something. Very accommodating! The apartment is very nice and spacious. In the evening sun, you can sit wonderfully in front of the door or in the garden on the deck chair. The location is great to reach everything in the village on foot and to start great hikes. Thanks to the activity card, we particularly used the forest railway and the bus. Irmi is very warm and helpful. Check-in and out were straightforward. Thank you Irmi, we felt very comfortable.
