Unique private entrance guest suite with den, large bdr & bathroom. The California King bed is a guest favorite (it's our best bed as well) complimented as most comfortable bed ever & is worth the stay alone. Features Jacuzzi, fireplace, Venetian walls, Tuscan tile large shower w/bench, desk work space, & exceptional internet (EPB is 1 of best in the world). On 5 acres in peaceful wooded area of Signal mtn yet still only 20-25 minutes from downtown w/ romantic mtn views just a few miles away.

Centrally located to everything Chattanooga has to offer this quiet area is near scenic trails, Rock City, and the Tennessee Aquarium. Guests have access to two bedrooms, full bath, laundry, kitchen, dining, and living area. Screened front porch and deck provide outdoor relaxation. Although my home accomodates six, smaller groups are more comfortable. No garage access.

The bedrooms are just the right size to enjoy a restful nights sleep. Need to do laundry- no problem this guest house has it’s own laundry room with stackable washer and dryer. Roast s’mores by the backyard fire pit and enjoy watching the lightening bugs from the deck.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sissy and Bill. The guest house seemed actually larger than the pictures showed. I was there for 2 months and had plenty of closet space and the kitchen was very well stocked. I had a problem figuring out the TV but they were there as soon as I called and showed me what to do. The area where they live is just beautiful and great for walking. There is a trail Mabbit Springs that is in walking distance and a lovely spot for a hike. I also felt very safe at the guest house and enjoyed getting to know Sissy and Bill and their family.

Historic Hideaway Near Downtown

Cute brick bungalow in the heart of Red Bank. Very convenient location where you have easy access to all of Chattanooga. Lots of room to spread out and although the bathroom is small, it was all we needed. We slept in the larger back bedroom which was nice and quiet. (Dayton Blvd can be a little noisy at times but we got used to it pretty quickly.) Camille was very accommodating with an early check in time and although she was available if we needed anything, we had no problems. Definitely worth checking out sometime!

Such a sweet, cozy spot to spend a few days. It was very peaceful! Host was helpful and responsive to any questions. Be sure to follow Edie's recommended directions if you don't want to make hairpin turns on the mountain! We tried out that route out during our stay for fun - would not recommend that route at night unless you're a thrill seeker 😅 If you're looking for something relatively small and cozy but with plenty of privacy and quiet, this is it! We had a great stay in Chattanooga and would stay here again! Quick and easy access to downtown! The beds, pillows and linens were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were updated and very clean as well! This was the perfect place to stay for our family with very young children. We loved the efficient, intelligent use of space and the overall design. The convenience of two separate beds was perfect as one of us (me) loves to toss and turn at night. It's location was perfect and our Julia's Overlook hike was only 7 minutes away. Our host was responsive and helpful when needed!
