Highly recommended — especially for families with young children! The property has everything you could need, and there’s even a charming farm nearby (just be sure to check their hours in advance). The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house was spotless and had such a welcoming, positive energy. With so much land to explore, you truly don’t need to leave the property if you bring your own food and supplies. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely book again in the future!

We booked the house for five nights for a group of six adults and had a lovely visit. Gabriela was a fantastic host communicating super promptly to our questions. It rained 90% of the time so we used the interior of the house to the fullest, and not the exterior (no fire pit, bikes, or hot tub) so cannot comment on those features. All appliances worked well. Kitchen is helpfully labeled and well stocked with kitchenware. The beds were very comfortable, towels fluffy, and downstairs family/game room is a great space for all ages. Furniture was comfortable, dining table was welcoming and though the house shows a bit of wear and tear here and there, everything was clean, tidy, and decorated appealingly. Tip: Bellvale Market just 7” away had great quality food products; Warwick, a quaint larger town, is just 10-15” away providing all other conveniences.

The Chateau Renee was a great place to stay! From the scenic view from the back deck and hot tub, to the beautifully curated interior, our small group had an amazing time. We enjoyed some local restaurants in Greenwood Lake and over in Warwick, and were able to catch a broadway show in the city since we were only about an hour away. If you’re looking for a spot to stay anywhere in this area, you have found your Airbnb!

Bilen was an exceptional host; responsive and very helpful. The villa is unique and pristine; the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. I had an amazing experience and I'd recommend it to anyone. I'll definitely be back!

Peaceful surroundings, beautiful lake, wonderful house and amazing hosts! Had an absolute ball kayaking, fishing, and enjoying nature. This was my second trip and can’t wait to go back again.

Quaint little house. Located super close to skytop lodge, where the wedding we were attending was taking place. Didn't have time to enjoy the fire pit, jacuzzi, or hammack due to wedding obligations. The first bedroom bed it amazing!!!

I love the fresh air flowing throughout this entire little cottage. Every room invites dappled sunlight filtered through lush summer foliage. It is truly cozy, whether enjoying a coffee on the back porch, journaling at the desk or chilling on the big comfy couch. Walk out the door and the lake and charming downtown are steps away. I find myself thinking I could truly spend a happy month, here. Stay. Return. I know I will.

During our temporary relocation to NYC, we were in need of a peaceful and quiet escape — and that's exactly what we found at Simon's place. We brought our dogs, who loved running on the big lawn, munching on grass, and watching deer through the large window. The kitchen was super well-stocked, and the whole place just felt cozy and happy. We’ll definitely be back before heading back to the West Coast.

It was an incredible experience. My family, my two dogs, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our wonderful and attentive host, John, who helped us carry our bags and belongings to the cabin. The house is a cozy 1930s cottage, nestled on a hill in a green meadow, offering peaceful views in a pristine and tranquil setting overlooking the Delaware River which was directly in front of the house. The house features beautiful antique furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We especially liked that the house was dog-friendly. It was a haven for them! It was amazing to see marmots, deer, eagles, and birds of various species, which were all part of our enjoyment. We will definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and be in touch with nature. Beautiful place to stay! Kitchen well supplied for cooks. Comfy, big couch. Sound of the river at night. Cute little town. Peace and quiet on the edge of the woods. Great for dogs and humans. Lucy is VERY responsive to any questions. HIGHLY recommended. My wife requested a return visit before we even left.

Super clean, comfortable and well stocked Air B&B, just what we needed for a quick trip upstate.

Glenn's place is the perfect peaceful mountain retreat! From the serene classical music that greeted us upon entry, the thoughtfully provided bottled water and fresh local milk in the fridge, and the comfortable air mattress Glenn set up for us downstairs, this cute cottage exceeded our expectations. The living area was spacious and nicely furnished, as were the upstairs bedrooms, with their extra pillows and quality linens. There is a pretty pond on the property, which is very conveniently located close to the towns of Roxbury, Arkville and Margaretville, where you can find some interesting shops and restaurants, arts centers, and charming architecture. Glenn is very friendly and responsive but gives you your space and privacy. We were only able to stay one night but will definitely be back!

We had a great stay. The house was very nice—comfortable, clean, and right by the lake. Peaceful and quiet, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Scott and Joelle were excellent hosts—responsive and easy to communicate with. They made the whole process simple. Highly recommend.

This was our second time staying at the cottage. We had a wonderful stay over the holidays. The cottage was warm and cozy and Linda had tasteful and festive decor in every nook and cranny. We had the pleasure of meeting Linda. She is a truly wonderful person who loves what she does and it shines through in her beautiful property. So much attention to detail throughout the house. We hope to be back again soon!!

This cottage was very lovely, cozy, clean, and just a few minutes from the town of Woodstock, but very secluded and peaceful on a beautiful property. The home was exactly as described and had everything you could need for a short stay. I do recommend having 4-wheel drive and a car with good suspension to get up the gravel road leading to the house. Cayenne is a wonderful host - she was extremely kind and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at the cabin and hope to be back soon! It’s was the perfect place for us to stay for our week upstate. We loved the movie collection and listening to the sounds of the creek from the open windows. Really feels like you are at someone’s home and not a soulless rental! Five stars ❤️

This was our second time staying at Bella Cottage, and it was just as magical as the first. The cozy cottage is surrounded by nature and truly feels like a private retreat — we didn’t use our phones for two days and just soaked in the peace and quiet. The place was immaculate, and the heated pool was a highlight we enjoyed both days. Our hosts were incredibly attentive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I absolutely love it here and can’t wait to come back again!

We had a lovely time at Amber Cottage. Even when our activities got rained out, it was so nice to read and play games by the fire. It was clean and had so many amenities. We will definitely be back!
