We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

Our 78 m² guest house can accommodate up to 6 people. The center of the apartment is the spacious living/dining room. The property has two bedrooms, a large daylight bathroom with a bathtub, shower, washing area and toilet. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and a fridge with separate freezer compartments.

Its unique charm offers the best conditions for rest and relaxation, both indoors and on the terrace or in the garden. The castle from 1253 is about 15 minutes by car from Regensburg with all its historic attractions. We rent four double rooms each with a private bath and privat toilet on the first floor. Guests walk on original 17th century pine boards. There is one kitchen for guests. The hosts live on the second floor. The office is on the ground floor. There is also the opportunity for hiking. The bicycle path Regensburg is close by.

This mostly newly furnished apartment with 95 m² of living space offers the perfect comfort for your vacation. It has a cozy living room, a fully equipped new kitchen, two separate bedrooms each with a double bed, and a modern bathroom. Enjoy relaxing hours on the large balcony/patio area or right in the green garden while the kids have fun playing foosball.

Exceptional loft-like location in a former cowshed nestled in the beautiful Regental. The apartment is located in a hamlet, about 2.5 km from the town of Nittenau. Various vehicles/play options are available for families with children. The Regen River is only 150 meters from the property - anglers are always welcome!

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
