Great space, beautiful surroundings. Comfortable bed. “Front desk” has beach chairs and umbrellas we borrowed several times, which was wonderful. Pool and hot tub right next door.

James and Julie were great and very sweet!! They are so helpful and respond very quickly to any questions. Their home is beautiful and the location is great. You are central to everything and and walk to downtown Kappa which is so great. The home is very clean and well put together you can have meals at home or grill up some food from the farmers market. You definitely have more than enough space for 4 people. We will definitely be staying with them on our future trips to Kauai. We cannot wait to book with them again.

Emplacement génial et tranquille. Possibilité de faire du snorkeling à quelques pas de l'appartement. L'appartement est spacieux. Le complèxe est joli et bien entretenu. Soyez attentifs, le prix que vous paierez sur airbnb ne comprend pas toutes les taxes. Des taxes journalières et taxes du complèxe seront ajoutées une fois le séjour terminé (~200$ pour deux personne pour 6 nuits). Petit bémol, il y avait du sel et du poivre à disposition, mais ni huile, ni vinaigre.

Absolutely beautiful place! The condo was the perfect size, very clean and had amazing views. Very close to shops and restaurants. We felt very much at home there and hope to be back again one day!

This place is no frills, but you get a lot of space and amenities for the price!! Also, the location is awesome—I would also highly recommend this stay specifically for if you plan to visit Kalapakī beach/attend the dinosaur volleyball tournament :) the washer and dryer came in handy, too, and they give you so many towels! (Beach and regular). The kitchen and living room are spacious, too. Only thing is that there is a resort fee of ~36 a day and the AC might be a bit tricky to turn on, but it works fine. Also, the front desk is not open outside of 8am-8pm, so definitely make sure your keys work before they close!!! Overall, I would definitely stay here again!
