Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein neues Boxspringbett und eine Schlafcouch. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig mit großer Couch und Wohnwand mit TV. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Der Kühlschrank ist mit einer kleinen Auswahl von Getränken gefüllt die Sie laut Preisliste erwerben können.

But you can also just enjoy the location and the garden. The apartment is on the 1st floor (attic) and can be reached via the common front door and the stairwell. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, a kitchen with a dining table, sink, refrigerator and two hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

Hier gibt es jede Menge Möglichkeiten ihre Wanderslust zu stillen. Regensburg, Straubing oder auch andere interessante Städte sind von hier aus gut erreichbar.

Cozy and bright apartment, in Bubach an der Naab, with a beautiful garden incl. a grill area and an outdoor shower with hot water. Nearby are many water sports such as diving, SUP, windsurfing, wakeboarding or just swimming, hiking and cycling. The proximity to the Naab also makes it very attractive for anglers. A country inn with a beautiful beer garden is right across the street. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Welcome to the residential station in the Bavarian Forest! Our stylish apartment is located in an exciting former railway building and can accommodate 2-6 people. It is the perfect starting point for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with stunning views.
