The accommodation is located in a quiet location with access to the train, bus station, Kaufland and Billa within 15 minutes on foot. Also within 10 minutes' walk there are cafes, restaurants and a fitness center and within 5 minutes' drive there is the Aquacity thermal park.

Studio is ideal for 2 people with private entrance. It is tiny but very cosy. It has small terrace at the entrance, own gazebo with charcoal barbecue, seating and dinning outdoor area. It is in a complex of another 2 apartments. You can reserve the time for Sauna and jacuzzi and use it in privacy. The usual times to book are: 17:00-18:30 18:45-20:15 20:30-22:00 From 10pm to 6am there is a quiet time indoors and outdoors. Please respect it. We do not allow any laud parties or celebrations.
