Třetí host spí na matraci nebo pohovce v obýváku. Moderní praktická kuchyň, kávovar, čaj, koření a vše potřebné k vaření. Nemáme TV. Byt je určený pro hosty, kteří hledají odpočinek a klid na práci. V zimě topíme klimatizací a je to ok, dům je kvalitně zateplený. V den příjezdu je byt vytopený na 22 st a dále si teplotu hlídáte sami.
