The apartment is located a few steps from the beach of Porto delle Genti and about 800 meters from the hydrofoil/boat terminal. The accommodation is for the kitchen and modern interior, along with comfort for couples, families or groups of friends up to 3 people

The apartment is located on the second floor of a seafront complex on Canneto Beach on the Island of Lipari, which can be reached by crossing the road! In addition, the accommodation has a beautiful private terrace close to the beach which, according to our customers, is the most requested and most appreciated attraction in our reviews. On the ground floor of the same building, the convenience of a supermarket with fresh fruit and a butcher. The bus stop to the center is 15 meters away.

The "Attico sul mare" apartment is located in front of the bay of Canneto, 50 meters from the sea and about 100 meters from the pier where the boats for excursions to the other islands depart, bus stop 20 meters away. The house has a terrace veranda with stunning sea views. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen equipped with all amenities (satellite TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, coffee maker, double sofa bed) adjacent to the terrace equipped with table, chairs, sofa and deckchair.

The house is located in the area called 'Cappero'. The house was originally built in 1900 and was refurbished in 2012. It is a traditional Aeolian style villa. Facing the front yard is a wooden awning supported by Aeolian style pillars called 'pulera'. The seafront terrace overlooking the Vulcano Island is surrounded by a low-rising platform called 'bisola' delicately adorned with Sicilian ceramic tiles. The house is surrounded by 1500 square metres of garden space.

Totally renewed in 2020 by a Sicilian architect in a very sober and minimal Mediterranean style, Casa Clementina is divided in 2 apartments. Each apartments has a confortable king size bed, a small separated kitchen, a bathroom with shower and terrace with little front-yard view where one can have a meals or relax on the deckchairs with a book. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. You will be assigned apartment A or B depending on availability.

The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with double bed plus bunk bed. 1 bedroom with three beds, 1 bathroom with shower. Garden with Jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen with windows. From the large outdoor space you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Aeolian Islands. My place is good for couples and families with kids and pets.
