Immersed in the green hills of Friuli, near the Alpe Adria Cycle Route and other destinations of interest (see the guide). Every detail of the interiors has been designed with the utmost care, and with the love for architecture of the hosts. The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

This 3-storey chalet consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. One of the most surprising features of the chalet is its panoramic position, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding Dolomites... a view that can be admired from the inside as well as from the comforts.

The accommodation consists of a living area with a large equipped kitchen, a bright living room, a bathroom and a laundry room. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a sofa bed, and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub. In the immediate vicinity, there is a bar, restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy and bakery.
