Hope you will enjoy stay at our home. We recently purchase it and started renovation in phases. We put the accent to the comfort of guests, so we focused effort on interior and terraces. That way guests can fully enjoy the stunning view to the bay and open sea, as well as magic sunsets. In the next phase we will be able to take care of exteriors. The fact that the property is not fully renovated we tried to reflect in the prices. Our house is environmental friendly. Come and enjoy Montenegro.

15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Maritimo 1, One Bedroom Apartment & Parking

Free parking in front of the house is always available. It is located in a quiet residential area 400m from the sea and 10- 15 minutes' walk from the Kotor old town. A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your own car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. A local bus station is right in front of the house, if you want to reach Perast-Risan (2€).

OLIVE HOUSE

The apartments are part of a private property. Apartment 1.(3persons) and Apartment 2.(2persons)have a separate sleeping room with a large bed. The bathroom contains a shower, a hairdryer,wash machine.The kitchens are small but equipped with everything you need for cooking : microwave, refrigerator with frieze, plates, dishes ..The kitchen has a dining table and chairs. In Apartment 1 there is a folding bed which can serve as an extra bed. Both apartments have flat tv, free wifi.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Studio/apartment is located on the first floor of the house. It has it's own kitchen, bathroom and balcony. From balcony you have view on Boka bay and Verige. In studio you have cable TV and Wi-Fi. Guests can also use terraces that are in 3 levels in front of the house. On terraces you can use dinning and coffee tables and outdoor shower.
