If you are a night owl, switch on the fireplace and enjoy the night views. If you are coming by car, a free underground parking is awaiting you. Byt sa nachádza v krásnej lokalite. Z jednej strany je Národný futbalový štadión a Zimný štadión Ondreja Nepelu a z druhej strany jazero Kuchajda. Centrum mesta je vzdialené 20 minút chôdze alebo 5 minút autom. V budove máte k dispozícii bezplatné parkovanie pre jedno auto. Dve veľké nákupné centrá sú vzdialené 5 minút chôdze - Vivo a Central. Na prízemí z ulice sa nachádza obchod s potravinami a lekáreň. Taktiež sú tu tri reštaurácie - sushi bar, steak house a talianska kuchyňa.
