This place is peaceful and surrounded by nature with lots of trees and singing birds, includind the chickens that create an "quinta" atmosphere. The accommodations were clean and cozy, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and caring. I highly recommend this countryside gem for a relaxing escape.

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und in einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf gelegen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Auto ist in der Gegend empfehlenswert, um einkaufen zu können oder an die Flüsse und Seen in der Umgebung zu fahren. Einen kleinen Tante-Emma-Laden gibt es in Moita aber auch. Die Stadt Viseu, etwa 40 Autominuten von Moita entfernt, hat uns sehr gefallen und ist einen Besuch auf jeden Fall wert. Der Handyempfang war im Haus und im Dorf sehr schlecht.

The most interesting Airbnb experience so far. It was great to have the opportunity to visit this small village where it felt like we've gone back in time. The reservation was confirmed, but I got no response for the messages and the number didn't work. We decided to drive there in the midday and with the help of a very kind neighbor reached Isabel who somehow haven't got the reservation which was made by few days earlier. Despite that, with hugs she warmly welcomed us to stay there. She prepared the place better than well (including the things for breakfast) during our absence. The house was cozy, beautiful and clean, and there was hiking routes with great views nearby. There was also some dogs (one super cute and friendly three-legged), goats, sheeps, cats etc. but most of those animals wanted to keep their distance. Dogs were barking a lot even at night, but with earplugs we had a good sleep. Recommend this place for people who wants to spend time in a mind relaxing environment.

We wanted to experience village living for a few days in Santar, Portugal and Rui’s Casa Luís de Camões was perfect. Inside, the apartment is small, but extremely clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay for one or two adults. A staircase leads to the bedroom which has a double bed and a closet. The bathroom is small but modern with an awesome shower! Each morning, Rui brought a Portuguese-style breakfast to our door with the most delectable items including pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, preserves, fresh juice, and fruits. We have never had an Airbnb host provide such a feast as what Rui provided! Rui was extremely helpful with suggestions for wine tastings and tours, as well as the best places to have lunch or dinner and other sightseeing in the area. We’re happy to have found such a delightful apartment as our home base to explore Santar and would not hesitate to return to Casa Luís de Camões on our next visit.

Rita's place (we called it the "Stone House") is absolutely beautiful and superbly comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and has a great espresso machine all setup for your use! It is very close (by car) to many nearby towns with lots of restaurants and interesting sights. It served as the perfect "basecamp" for our party of four, while exploring the nearby area. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay at Rita's place and would have loved to stay much longer!

Adoramos a estadia com nossa família! A casa era confortável, roupa de cama e banho de excelente qualidade, casa toda equipada com eletrodomésticos e itens de casa. O proprietário é muito solícito e atencioso. Com certeza retornaremos com nossa família!

Wir haben mit 9 Personen unseren Urlaub bei Bruno verbracht. Es war eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos und Bruno ist zurecht ein Top-Host. Er hatte stets Tipps für uns bereit und die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Maravilloso anfitrión y la casa estaba muy bien!

We loved the house of João and Fernanda. Everything was as expected. the house is huge and the pool not heated or daily cleaned like at a hotel, but you feel right at home at their place (and that's why you book it). our son destroyed the coffee pot and they immediately got a new one. very easy to communicate (in Spanish or French, if you don't speak Portuguese). we would gladly come back when we visit the area.

Gostamos muito da nossa estadia! A dona Lira é muito simpática e sempre disponível para tudo. Tivemos direito a pequeno almoço composto por fiambre, queijo, leite, manteiga e todos os dias de manhã a dona Lira deixou-nos pão fresquinho. O espaço é muito agradável, a piscina é ótima e a quinta é toda muito bonita! Os gatinhos da quinta são todos muito simpáticos e vinham pedir festinhas todos os dias. Recomendamos e pensamos voltar 😊

Our stay at this property was truly beyond anything we could have imagined and hoped for. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, a sentiment echoed by others on this platform, as the farm is so much more captivating than photos can convey. Tiago was, without a doubt, the perfect host. He was incredibly kind, generous with both himself and his time, and went above and beyond to make our experience delightful. Staying here has been an unimaginable gift, as Tiago allowed us to bring two families together from both sides of the Atlantic for the first and, possibly, only time. Our family cannot thank you enough for such an amazing gift. Personally, I am eternally grateful to Tiago for providing the perfect backdrop for our intimate wedding celebration (and to the peacocks and donkeys for providing such a charming soundtrack to our stay :p).
