The apartment has two bedrooms: one room has a wide double bed, the other room has two single beds. The living room has a sofa bed that can also be used for sleeping. Parking is free, parking spaces are right in front of the house. Smokers and pets are not welcome in the apartment. Nearby places: within 250m there is a sports hall and Kagukeskus, the bus station is 900m, the central square 1.3 km and the beach 1.7 km.

IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

The house is located in Võrumõisa, which is in a quiet summerhouse area, but at the same time within walking distance to Võru city center and Tamula beach. The use of a barrel sauna and a steam sauna with a bubble function is included in the price, everything necessary for heating is available on site. The steam sauna is electric.
