We had a super nice, pleasant holiday in this beautiful villa. The house is very well equipped, has a nice terrace and a beautiful garden with many trees, which give the necessary cooling during the hot summer days. (the airconditioners in the bedrooms are also a great added value) The quiet beach is around the corner (approx. 200m) and with the wagon you can easily take all your beach equipment with you. On foot or by bike you will be in the center at the bakery, small supermarket or restaurant. Highly recommended to discover the Balaton and this beautiful region.

Daniel the host was very friendly and helpful he provided us with everything we needed and we were able to communicate well. The apartment is 1 class we had a girls trip in Budapest and wanted to end it with a relaxing weekend and the place was perfect for it. The kitchen is fully equipped. The sauna and hot tub is easy to use. Thanks to Daniel! As soon as it turns out, I'd love to come back and recommend it. There is a deposit to be paid in cash, which will be returned in retrospect if everything fits. This wasn't a problem

This place is a real gem... hidden away, not far from Balaton lake. Great restaurants and facilities nearby! Pool was great, jacuzzi was great. Peter and his wife were lovely and super helpful with great recommendations. We loved staying here and we're very sad to leave!

Super host & co-host. Always responded quickly and very friendly to messages. The accommodation was clean and everything you need was available (e.g. pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, spices, laundry rack, etc.). Top location: restaurant, small supermarket (ABC) and Balaton are within walking distance :) Flexible and easy check-in & check-out. We can recommend it 👍🏻

My family and I had an excellent time staying at Marta’s place. The pool, hot tub, ping pong table and foosball table were just some of the highlights. We loved the extensive amount of outdoor living space. Some days we used the outdoor grill and even made a porkolt over the gas burner which was already full of gas for our use. We had a few ants in one of the bedrooms and Marta was quick to send somebody over to rectify the situation. Lucky for us the house had enough bedrooms where this was a non issue. My son accidentally broke the glass of one of the kitchen cabinet doors and Marta was very easy to deal with it. I would highly recommend this place again and would consider staying again if my family and would re visit the Balaton. Thank you Marta for the great stay.

Tamas was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was really well equipped and gave us everything we needed. Our dogs really enjoyed the access to the garden. A very pleasant stay

Very spacious apartment for a reasonable price.

We got to know Judit and Sandor as wonderful hosts. Communication was always warm, so the Google translation didn't bother us. In addition to the apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail, we were spoiled with delicacies. Likewise, a bottle of wine and water was available for us as a gift. The apartment had air conditioning that we could use for a fee and that also sweetened the hot days for us. The apartment was just steps from the Balaton swimming beach. There was a supermarket and restaurants in the village. Since we were there in the off-season, the beach was free of charge. In our opinion, a trip to the south beach by ferry and the lake cave in Tapolca are highly recommended. We express an unreserved recommendation for our warm hosts and thank you for the pleasant stay. Everything as described. Great house, loving decor, clean, very friendly host, we were very satisfied. We were 5 people (3 children, 16, 10 and 8 years old), the premises were very sufficient. Thanks for everything!

The listing is as described, it's a good idea to read the details because they have important information. The house is amazing, incredibly cozy. You really need to take care of the head. :) The street is tidy and quiet. The only negative thing we encountered is the neighbor in the back, where if there's a party (we ran into the morning bloomer), you can't sleep in the loft from the noise. The room downstairs and the couch were a great place for us, and it was quiet. The playroom deserves a huge plus point. We had a great time!

Jozsef was friendly and very accommodating. Apartment was beautiful and the little garden is perfect for kids and babies. Close drive to the beach and promenade. 25 minute walk to those locations (big uphill to walk back up to the apartment :D)

We had a wonderful holiday at Szilvia's place. The house was easy to find. It is located in a very peaceful neighbourhood and has a lovely view of the hill. I really enjoyed sitting on the terrace having a coffee or glass of wine. The house had everything we needed for our stay, everything looked as expected and as advertised. Everything was clean and tidy. Szilvia was very friendly, sympathetic and caring. She prepared a list of recommendations of things to do and places to go in the surrounding area which was very nice and helpful. We visited a few places she recommended and were delighted. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a great time at Balaton. I hope to come back here one day!

We had a wonderful time in this accommodation. Just the right place for a perfect holiday on Lake Balaton. The welcome was warm and the service is paramount here. The private accommodation is nicely modernly furnished and very clean. Huge garden, Wi-Fi , fully equipped kitchen with oven,stove dishwasher, fridge with large freezer, heated towel rack in the bathroom, rain shower air conditioning in the bedrooms and of course the absolute highlight of the hot tub in the covered conservatory! Absolutely fantastic and just the right place to relax! Those who would like to have it private away from the tourist hustle and bustle will get their money's worth here! Absolute recommendation!

Charming house, well equipped, with a nice exterior (large outdoor table, barbecue, petanque court nearby). Bedrooms and bathrooms are great too. Laura and Gabor are very friendly and full of good recommendations on activities next door, as well as good places. And if you are a nature lover, I recommend you to walk in the surrounding forests and hills, we met a dozen deer and deer!

We arrived at the accommodation with a larger team. All 8 of us fit comfortably, spacious spaces, and several large bathrooms were available. A covered terrace at the front and a small garden at the back are connected to the house, which also adds a lot to the value of the cottage. Overall, I can say that it is very worth staying here in terms of value for money!

We had a very nice stay at Ramona’s house. Our one year old boy was thrilled with the toys available to play with and the dogs loved the backyard. The large tub in the upstairs bathroom was nice to relax in. Ramona was a great host, very responsive and pleasant. The recommendations she gave us for places to see in the area were helpful.

We came back to this house after 2 years and had a pleasant stay again. The house has everything a family needs. We'd love to come back again. Thanks :)

The space had everything we needed. The location was very good and there were many excursion destinations within half an hour. The beach on site was also very nice and clean. Was really great

We stayed with our extended family at Szilvia’s place, 10 adults and 2 babies. When we were staying home instead of walking to the beach (~25min walk), we used the huge lounge room. The kids loved the toys and the space, the adults enjoyed the barbecue and outdoor seating. There’s a convenience store one block away and multiple big stores in 5min driving distance, ice cream shop down the road about 10 min walk away. The lounge and double bedrooms on the top have ACs, which was a real godsend in the heatwave. Check in and out was really easy with Szilvia’s parents, I’d highly recommended booking this house if you’re looking for a place to get multiple families together, especially if you have small kids as well.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay! Dóri was incredibly warm and hospitable, which made us feel welcome immediately. The location is ideal – quiet yet everything you need is nearby, so you can reach everything quickly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!
