Nově postavená Villa se nachází v klidné vesnici Bukovník v Pošumaví. Je ideální pro ubytování a odpočinek rodin s dětmi (maximální kapacita je 12 osob). Vila je vybavena moderním interiérem, venkovní vířivkou (pro 5 osob) s krásným výhledem na krajinu. Za Villou se nachází velká prostorná terasa s odděleným ohništěm, travnatou plochou a dětským hřištěm. Bukovník se nachází v Šumavském trojhradí mezi hradem Kašperk, Rabí a hradem Velhartice. Není tedy nouze o tipy na výlety po stopách historie.

Der Weg vom eigenen Parkplatz, durchs Haus, bis zur überdachten Veranda mit neuem, elektrisch beheiztem Whirlpool wurde ebenerdig gestaltet. Innen können Sie es sich mit dem Holzofen und der eigenen Sauna (kostenfrei) gemütlich machen . Der Nationalparkradweg wunderschöne Wanderrouten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
