START JUNE 2019! Design apartment of about 60 mq2 on the top floor of the Europa Residence with direct sea view and private beach. Consists of a open space living room/equipped kitchen which opens onto a terrace where you can listen to the sound of the waves and admire beautiful sunsets, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The beach can be reached directly by lift on the floor. Also, there are other beaches nearby and in short driving you arrive in the magic city of Trieste.

The modern apartments with a touch of the traditional Karst style are completely new and available to guests in 2022. Both apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, a large dining table, a living room area with a flat TV, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartments are air-conditioned and include free WiFi connection, as well as access to a terrace, where our guests can enjoy a meal or a glass of wine. The apartments are located in a small village, surrounded by the calm of nature.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, oven, fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, dishes... The garden has several trees, including fruit trees and a vegetable garden, which guests can enjoy.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Surrounded by greenery, the birds will wake you up and breakfast on the magnificent terrace will be your first great pleasure of the day! You can walk down to Sistiana sea (12-15 minutes) without moving the car. The town is 1 km away; a large supermarket is also very close. The beginning of the magnificent Rilke trail, with spectacular views of our Gulf, is a 3-minute walk away and leads you to the splendid Duino Castle.

The space has just finished renovation and everything is new, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with TV, lovely bathroom and another separate WC. The accommodation, located between the sea and the Karst, offers not only moments of fun and relaxation by the sea (located a 5-minute drive and 25 minutes on foot downhill and 40 uphill), but also the possibility of long walks, bike rides and, of course, visiting many tourist attractions. We recommend having a car to get around.

House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.
