Newly fully furnished apartment quite & great view

Located by the hill, fresh & clean air. A quite place for families, 5 minutes' walk from the sea and promenade Lungomare. Fully furnished apartment with all the necessities to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. It has an elegant style and all the comforts. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies one of which is 20 m2, to enjoy dinner while watching sunsets over the sea as well view of the mountain close by. All the restaurants, bars and supermarkets are in walking distance only 5min walk.

It`s a very unique space,because in it is found very comfort, quietness, style, family warmth and in the same time is very near from the modern center of Vlora, and beach, one can easily go for a walk alongside the sea, swim and come back home. It`s very near from all social spaces, like cafeterias, stadium, basketball and volleyball games..enjoy the football also to the sand...eat home by preparing it in the kitchen, enjoying coffee home...
