Apartman se nalazi preko puta benzinske stanice na auto-putu za Grčku a na starom putu Vladičin Han-Vranje. Nije potrebno isključenje sa auto-puta. Obezbeđen je veliki parking koji je pod video nadzorom a u sklopu pumpe postoji i pekara te i mogućnost snabdevanja pecivima. Apartman  poseduje kuhinju, kupatilo sa tuš kabinom i sobu sa francuskim ležajem i singl krevetom.

Smestena na nadmorskoj visini od 630 metara, ova banja je jedna od najvisih u Srbiji i poznata je po svojoj lekovitoj vodi. Na samo pet minuta hoda od vikendice nalazi se bazen koji se puni upravo tom lekovitom vodom, što je savršena prilika za opuštanje i regeneraciju.
