Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Country vacation

This pretty country house typical of the area awaits you to stay in the heart of a quiet and rural hamlet. Ideally located (10 km) between two lakes, Baye and Merle (supervised beach, canoeing, paddle boarding, playground, mountain biking, fishing, etc.) and on Saint Jacques de Compostelle. Activities: boat or bike along the canal, walking or mountain biking in the forest. The top is composed of 3 beds: 140/90/90, a bathroom with shower cabin, separate toilet, living room with TV and office area.
