The house is extremely as shown in the photos, it has privacy, peace, quiet, the climate is super nice, super ventilated. It has everything in the house, TV with Netflix, barbecue utensils, the living room sofa turns into a bed, it's great, enjoy it with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. Not to mention Homero's VIP service, always highly praised by customers. The condominium is super quiet and safe. With the farm atmosphere, with visitation in the farm area, the children love to see the animals on site.

Best option, beach and mountain climate

In a gated community with 24-hour security. More than 600 sq. meters of built area (flat), two integrated and independent house structures. We have a deck with a private pool, two leisure areas complete with a table, 5 large-screen smart TVs, fast internet, 2 barbecue grills, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, beer maker, champagne maker and master suite with a whirlpool. Close to downtown Gravatá, but at the same time it feels like we're far away. Mountain climate in winter and beach climate in summer. Pet-Friendly

The house is located 5 km before Gravatá (coming from Recife), in the 'Loteamento Ebenezer'. It has a terrace, a BBQ area and a garage, and there are many fruit trees on the property (such as mango, jackfruit, acerola, pitanga, ciriguela, guava, guava, cashew, coconut, araçá, sapotí, umbú, olive, grape).
